Location , cleanliness , the elegance , and ambiance .
The breakfast saloon and the buffet was closed and the waiters were not taking care properly and some of them were a bit unfriendly . Took long time to take order and so I wasn’t quite happy for the service .

The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was very comfortable & clean, the beds & pillows were very comfortable. The ambience was warm & friendly. The food in Alain Ducasse & The Grill was excellent.

The staff were amazing and the room spectacular. The rooms were recently renovated and ours was so clean and fresh with a Park view. The breakfast was delicious and you were given several options to choose from. I would highly recommend this Hotel. I cannot wait to go back!
