Great Room, fantastic location
Pros:

The staff was friendly, helpful, and available for all our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for what we needed. Will absolutely stay again.

ロケーションはとても良かったです。
スタッフのみなさんも気さくで親切でした。
部屋も清潔でした。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧がかなり弱かったです。
ケトルもないので、温かいものを飲むには下のロビーに行く必要があります。

Overall, I would give it a C

I thought the staff were efficient and knowledgeable. The location perfect for our needs

Cons:

I thought that my room was extremely small whereas my girlfriend who had a standard room with two windows, gave the appearance of a larger room.

But probably would concerned as the most was the hammering that started about 8:15 AM right outside of our window of our queen size room on the fourth floor. I asked the front desk afterwards if you were full and apparently you were not but for some reason, they gave me a room where I literally saw the men going up and down the scaffolding as they worked and banged outside of our hotel room.
The room is on a tilt and the bed itself was awful.

This is a cramped hotel in a good location
Pros:

Breakfast is not provided at the hotel, but there are some decent cafes nearby where you can have breakfast. The location is excellent.

Cons:

It is very cramped. In the "Standard" room—marketed as suitable for two people—there isn't even enough space to turn around. The bed is very small. This is a room for one person. Booking.com is misleading.

The staff was very hospitable, the rooms were clean and that’s about all I could ask for seeing as how we weren’t in tow

The location is fantastic, especially if you’re in town for shows, food and shopping. Housekeepers was great, keeping the room clean and refreshed, stocked with new towels and beds made daily.

Cons:

The decor was a bit off putting. Nothing really matches and the furniture in the lobby isn’t very comfortable. The rooms are smaller than average. The bathroom sliding glass door slid open the entire time I showered.
