Pros:

Rooms were good

Cons:

1.there was fungus black coloured on the buns..it was not acceptable at all. Don't know how many would have gotten sick due to this.
2.a little bit pricey
3.whole property was empty except 3 or 4 villas and the staff who accompanied the guests started making money from us by charging high prices for safari and all..

An excellent resort for some peace and quiet.
Pros:

The Rooms were excellent, the staff was very helpful and polite, the location was serene and quiet and easily reachable, the food was good but very expensive (even by delhi standards). But overall a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The high cost of food at the in-house restaurant was the only issue. Also, although the staff was very polite and helpful, you had to call to every service. For eg., clearing the plates from the room after lunch or tea etc., required calling the reception or restaurant, otherwise the plates would just lie in the room till you called the staff. (not such a major issue, but being a luxury resort, you expect certain services) otherwise a very pleasant and relaxing stay; would definitely revisit.

Exceptional, Refreshing and Mesmerizing

We recently spent two wonderful days and one night at Zana Resort, Ranthambore, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything—from the warm welcome to the personalized service—was exceptional.

I had requested a special decoration for my wife, and the team went above and beyond to make it perfect. The beautiful setup in our cottage, “George”, was romantic, elegant, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.

A big thank you to Amol, the Area Manager, who ensured every detail of our stay was flawless and personally looked after us throughout. Anushka at the front office greeted us with genuine warmth and explained all the facilities so well, making us feel instantly at home. Sambodh, the Restaurant Manager, deserves special appreciation for his attentiveness and for taking care of all our dietary needs with such professionalism—every meal, especially breakfast, was simply brilliant. Lastly, the housekeeping team, led by Sambodh from housekeeping, was extremely polite and ensured our cottage remained spotless and comfortable throughout.

The resort itself is stunning—peaceful surroundings, beautiful interiors, and top-notch facilities that truly allow you to relax and unwind.

Overall, Zana Resort exceeded all our expectations. It’s not just the luxury that stands out, but the warmth and hospitality of the staff that make it truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and personalized getaway in Ranthambore!

The property people is not good and supportive they are just giving excuses. There is a snake and no one giving attention in the terms of Hospitality they are minus- i have been to many hotels but this kind of a hospitality is such a nightmare for me.

Zana tiger resorts inhuman treatment for customer staff with exorbitant charges
Pros:

Courteous and prompt behavior of staff.

Cons:

The resort food was of below average quality. The repeated reuse of same cooking oil and excessive cream,oil and spices spoilt the quality of food.
Despite Booking.com assuring us that stay for driver would not be charged, the resort charged us Rs 1250 daily for a horrific dormitory room where the driver slept on floor with no effective cooling provision.The food served to driver was miserable so he stopped eating at resort. Surprisingly despite this the resort insisted on charging 1250 daily.
