Please note:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises, failure to comply a penalty of RM500 will be chargeable.
- Guests are not allowed to bring local fruits such as durian, mangosteen and jackfruit in the premises, failure to comply a penalty of RM300 will be chargeable.
- Guests shall not damage, alter or remove room furniture and fittings.
- Guests shall not exceed the specified maximum room occupancy.
- A penalty of RM 50.00 will incur for any lost/damage of hotel room key card.
- Under Section 3 & 4 of the Innkeeper Act 1952, the hotel will not be held responsible for any valuables left in the room.

The property operates a strict nonsmoking policy in all premises within the hotel. This includes cigarets, cigars, vape or any form of e-cigarets. Any smoking activities detected within hotel premises will result in a RM500.00 cleaning fee which will be billed to your room account. The purpose of this policy is to guarantee the safety, security and comfort of all our valued guest.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

The hotel is very strategically located, just few minutes walk to Imago. Great cafes, & kopitiams and 24-hours convenience stores right brlow the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

do not let these under maintenance items continue degraded and you will lost occupancy.
Pros:

Location is very good! Value for money

Cons:

The 5th corridor is very smelly! The shower do not have enough pressure. The bed sacked already it’s time to replace it. And most critically the TCL TV is very very slow when changing channels!

Great!
Pros:

I was travelling alone, and I had a lot of luggage that I could not carry in one trip (Reception is on Level 4). I took a cab, so leaving my stuff on the roadside was unsafe. However! Despite having no bell man service, the receptionist himself went down to help me!! That is excellent! Super amazing service! I am very thankful! Moving forward, I'll keep staying in this hotel whenever I travel here

Comfortable, cozy, friendly staff for a budget stay.
Pros:

The room is comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable. I like that I can easily control the air-conditioning. I also like that they have free-wifi provided to guests. I liked that the reception is 24 hours & the staff was friendly to help when I arrived in the middle of the night.

Cons:

I would prefer if there was breakfast provided. The room is a little bit small. There was also no service to deliver water when I needed a refill of my bottle (I had to physically go down to the reception to refill my water).

Decent
Pros:

There is a nearby an overpass bridge to imago and kk times square

Cons:

I book the mini family sunset view but was given the deluxe family room without window (OKU) without notice. The reason is they rename their room type. Even though i try to explain that it was impossible for me to book that room type since i don't require it

Pros:

Location was great as it is only 5 mins walk from IMAGO, Sutera Avenue itself has plenty of restaurants and convenience store that made things very convenient. Our room is very cozy and everything felt new and comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms aren't exactly soundproof as we could still hear talking late into the night. Had to play some soothing music on their TV to fall asleep.

Pros:

Strategic location, which theres a lot of restaurant can be found near of the hotel. Easy to find a good food.

Cons:

The parking, it would be better if the hotel guest could park their car right in front of the shop lot/hotel main entrance instead of to the basement.
