Good location with good service and ambience.
Pros:

The location is a short walking distance to the Shanghai World Expo and Convention Centre, and near to several local restaurants. The breakfast choices are varied enough to cover across multiple night stays. Rooms are clean.

Cons:

Cutlery could have been provided in the room, e.g. fork, knife, spoons. The temperature of the tap water could not be adjusted (seemed there was only one temp setting).

Excellent cosy hotel feels like home
Pros:

We enjoyed our first stay at Atour. The staffs were really friendly and helpful, the room and the bathroom are big enough and clean. We like the nice ambience and simplicity of the overall deco of the hotel. Last but not least, we love their breakfast! Lots of variety, and they were all well prepared and delicious!

Cons:

Overall it was really good. Just a few suggestions to make it even better: 1. to fix a few hangers on the wall next to the basin, 2) a slightly bigger table in the room (the round table is abit too small), 3) to have two luggage racks (foldable type) in the room.

era un hotel organizado y limpio, las habitaciones un poco mas pequeñas que en la foto

Cons:

nadie habla ingles ni español en el hotel es muy dificil la comunicación, hay habitaciones que le permiten a los usuarios fumar por lo que se puede llegar a sentir el olor a cigarillo
