Pros:

convenient comfort clean
Pros:

Convenient location. I came to attend WAIC. The hotel is located close to subway line 13 and 7. Also 30 min walking distance to the conference and exhibition centre.

Cons:

lack of luggage storage. Only a small cloth rack jammed with 6 hangers. The exhaust fan might not work in the shower as my wet clothes hung on the extendible cloth line remained wet overnight.

Pros:

Appreciate the location, modern style and breakfast. The housekeeping staff was nice and polite despite the lack of English

Cons:

Some managers at the reception are not polite, rude and antipathic. Those which are wearing simple t-shirt are more willing to help and accommodate you.
