Pros:

Good for one or two days stay. Pleasant staff, good ambiance, staff are very comfortable and asking the stay is ok or any issue. If there is any issue, they will consider it as high priority wise and solve the issue very fastly.

Disappointed
Pros:

The staffs were really good and friendly

Cons:

I had booked the room for three adults, but it only came with two twin beds. I was informed that an extra bed would be provided upon request, but once the additional bed was placed in the room, it occupied most of the available space. In my opinion, the room is not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults.

The room was not clean, which was very disappointing. The bedsheet and duvet did not appear properly cleaned, and the washroom, washbasin, and toilet were also not maintained to an acceptable standard.

Additionally, basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not readily provided and had to be requested separately. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations and felt misleading. I am completely disappointed with this stay and would not recommend it.
