Uncomfortable and disappointing
Pros:

Clean room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Staff stole my charger, which I was told on my second attempt to retrieve it after checkout that is was “misplaced”. I stayed for 3 days 4 nights, and needed to request water everyday as well as other services. The room was never cleaned during that time nor new clean towels provided. On my last night I was called and confronted at my room in the evening that I missed my check out, when it was the following morning. I have never felt more harassed by hotel staff in my life, which was again brushed off as a “computer error”. Breakfast is over priced for the minimal tasteless offerings.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything about my stay was excellent. The amenities were top-notch and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
