Awesome experience
My stay at Sidra Pristine Hotel was once again an absolutely wonderful experience. This was my second time staying here, and it truly lived up to my expectations just like the first visit.
The hospitality is exceptional - the staff are warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Abi and Team was very helpful and I left my laptop at the hotel and he kept it securely for me to collect the following week.

Despite choosing the best room online I was given the worst room. The room had a stench that made me throw up three times at night. There is no view but deafening construction sound from next door. I was told there is no room service for food because of fuel crisis but when I ordered food from zomato, they were reluctant to allow delivery. Almost had to sleep hungry. The room itself needs deep cleaning and the mattress is old and uncomfortable. Th3 br3akfast was leftovers from dinner i guess. There was boiled egg with cold chicken curry. No omelettes, juice or fruits. Its unacceptable given that guests are charged for this. Plenty of other good options in Kochi. I regret making a bad choice but then booking.com brought me to this place unfortunately.

Not worth the money, very badly let down.

The room was spacious I suppose

Cons:

I went and stayed here 3 years ago, and it was good, and I was satisfied. However I returned here after three years expecting a good stay. And I feel like its exactly the same no renovations done, looked unclean, and feel like absolutely nothing has changed, my air condition didn't work, and the Ceiling fan felt unsafe on max power. I Dont plan on booking this in the future.

I booked it on booking.com, and expected the price to be the same, but the lady that was on reception charged me way more than that was on booking.com. she charged me almost 25% more than what I booked on booking.com for, so please confirm the price, and see if there is a way you can pay on booking.com prior to going there as you can potentially get scammed.
