Not worth the money, very badly let down.
Pros:

The room was spacious I suppose

Cons:

I went and stayed here 3 years ago, and it was good, and I was satisfied. However I returned here after three years expecting a good stay. And I feel like its exactly the same no renovations done, looked unclean, and feel like absolutely nothing has changed, my air condition didn't work, and the Ceiling fan felt unsafe on max power. I Dont plan on booking this in the future.

I booked it on booking.com, and expected the price to be the same, but the lady that was on reception charged me way more than that was on booking.com. she charged me almost 25% more than what I booked on booking.com for, so please confirm the price, and see if there is a way you can pay on booking.com prior to going there as you can potentially get scammed.

value for money and comfort stay

Only worth it if management upgrade the hotel, sheets, towels etc

the staff were fantastic and location was great

Cons:

The rooms were smelly and had dirty sheets. We were shown 4+ rooms that were either dirty or had a weird sewage smell. We ended up leaving the same day.

Cons:

If Breakfast is served at 7.30am, what is the point of dosa and omelet being served at 8am? Either change timings or service. Maintain cleanliness, the bathroom area for shower had fungus mold, bedroom walls were dirty with stains
