Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Restaurants and stores available within walking distance.
Furniture a little worn, property amenities such as the pool are very costly to use if you are staying in a private suite.
Near family and located to many activities. We had an issue with one of the showers, and maintenance took care of it immediately. The rooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable.
It would have been nice to have a bathroom or half bath on the main floor. It was inconvenient to have to go upstairs or downstairs. I was expecting the amenities of the resort to be included or at least at a reduced rate. Our unit was supposed to have a sauna and did not. It also said swimming pool. I'm not sure if we were allowed to use the pools.
This place is dirty.
Comfortable and cozy
Confusing information given
As we drove up we called the listed number multiple times to determine the true address. No one answered. We had to speak with staff at the resort (who do not operate the property). After we checked out we were charged a large sum of money for damages that we did not incur. Beware this is operated by a company out Florida committing fraud on booking.com
Location is terrific - amenities at the resort are terrific and staff is great. You can walk to the lift (10 minutes).
The unit, while clean, is run down - stencils on the wall where wall hangings used to be saying "Stolen," very dirty and smelly shower curtains, multiple light bulbs missing, ancient carpet, etc. While on resort property, this is not "ski in, ski out" - unit is a 10-minute walk to the mountain. At this premium price, and especially given the amenities of the resort, the condition of the rental was disappointing.
