We had the most wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric for my birthday celebration with my husband. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The team surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, breakfast, late check-out, and the sweetest birthday decorations in our room. Every thoughtful gesture made us feel truly special.
The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool with its stunning KLCC view and the gym, which is easily one of the nicest and most beautiful hotel gyms I've ever used.
Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable—we'll definitely be back and highly recommend Hyatt Centric to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Kuala Lumpur!
This is my second stay at the same room type premium king corner room. But upon my checked in to the room, i was surprise because this unit, is different with the prior one i experienced. This unit the ceiling is high enough which give me a different feeling and view in seeing the unit, comfortable and this is what i need for my trip.
basically i do have the regular steam and sauna habit whenever i stay in hotel with Marriot Bonvay group of hotels. Unfortunately, non of those at all. To have the steam and sauna is a good activity which helps to detox and many more benefits for or health and lifestyle. This is the disappointing one.
The hotel's location is good, and the pool is nice. If it’s not raining.
We expected much more from a brand-new hotel in 2026. The concept may be good, but the final result is disappointing. There was nowhere to hang our towels or swimsuits, so our room ended up looking messy because we had to hang our things everywhere—even on the lamp! We booked a room with a balcony, but there were no chairs on the balcony, which was quite surprising. The room itself was also very small and poorly laid out. At breakfast, the only option we could really eat was eggs, as the menu seemed to be mainly tailored to guests from the countries that visit the hotel most frequently.

Please take a look back on your housekeping and laundry, I have changed from room 1301 to 1817, room 1301 carpet smells like feet (pardon my language) and room 1817's pillow smells like someone just slept on it. And fix the door, it was banging loudly like no other business, prolly thats why the earplug was provided? Also I suppose to get King Room - High floor, not sure if room 1301 is the room I supposed to get cause shared balcony.

Just a bit of noise coming from the outside due to the location. Our rooms were located towards the inner side so it was very much fine.

The location was great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The room we were given at first had a strong smoke smell, however we informed guest services and they gave us a new room immediately which was fantastic.
The facilities and design are really nice, plants everywhere, rooftop pool is gorgeous towards the end of the day. The gym looks pretty but is not that well equipped if you are looking for a serious workout. Staff are lovely too :)
The breakfast experience here was awful. The quality of the food is pretty low to begin with, the pastries were inedible, cheese was not presented nicely, but the worst part was the ordering eggs. They have eggs to order (should be great) 1 person taking the order at the counter but with no system in place at all, so lots of guests waiting for eggs or coming back to retrieve theirs or taking other peoples orders. I waited 45 minutes for eggs to then be told they had a problem with the hollandaise bottle, so I ate one very sad egg poached egg. Coffee had gone cold by this point, you have to get your own coffee too, nothing is served. I pretty much ate one poached egg and piece of dragonfruit as most of the time I had was spent waiting. One last thing my room smelt like Durian as I assume the guests before had taken it to the room, it would be great of housekeeping report these issues.
My stay at the Haytt was wonderful. The room was beautiful: spacious, clean, and bright. The view of the city was breathtaking.
I also enjoyed the pool during my stay. It overlooks the city and the skyscrapers.
The breakfast buffet is simply delicious—you’ll find everything there (from Malaysian dishes to more classic options). The staff is truly wonderful. A big thank you to Shahrul Rosli and Cristina (from breakfast) who made my stay perfect.
