Genial para un Hyatt
Pros:

La piscina ubicada en la planta 21 es tremenda con vistas a las Petronas.
El personal del hotel súper amable y la habitación increíblemente cómoda con buena climatización y aislamiento.
Buen buffet de desayuno con mucha variedad de comida

Not really worth the money, can't even get a good sleep
Pros:

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The rooms facing the street were extremely noisy at night. There was very loud motorbike noise from midnight until early morning, which made it almost impossible to sleep.

The breakfast selection was good, but the food service could be improved. In particular, the eggs we ordered were served cold and seemed to be pre-cooked.

Amazing hotel - 100% would recommend
Pros:

Amazing room - it was huge, the bed was really comfortable and, despite the busy street, it was quite quiet.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was well located.
The pool was a particular highlight as was the amazing breakfast - well worth paying the extra for.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Loved the room, spacious, very big and comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. The balcony with a city view was beautiful. The staff warned about noise from being on the city-facing side however I didn't find any issues with that at all. I had no complaints about noise, and didn't use the earplugs provided.
Staff were kind and friendly, and very helpful. Accommodating with late check out options.
Rooftop pool and bar is really nice too.
Location - great, walkable to Petronas and KLCC. Easy to get a grab from the layby out front.
