Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Hotel inaugurato da pochi anni. Nuovo, pulito, accogliente, con camera ampia con balcone, staff disponibile e cortese. Colazione di altissimo livello e qualità, vista la mano dello chef italiano. Valore aggiunto assoluto piscina e lounge rooftop con vista diretta sulle Petronas Twin Towers con uno spettacolo unico, soprattutto la sera.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay
Pros:

We stayed at Hyatt Centric for 4 nights as a family of three (including a toddler). We were very satisfied with the accommodation and the customer service which was always excellent. Since we have a toddler we were given a very spacious room which was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

The hotel has three restaurants with very nice items on the menu however there were no kids options at all except for french fries. We would have liked it if there were a couple of kids options on the menu which are not just french fries.

Awesome hotel, one of the best I have stayed in

Definitely coming back here again
Pros:

Well located in the city with KLCC and Bukit Bintang insight. Staffs are super friendly. Didn't utilized the facilities fully but i can see that the gym, pool and restaurants looks really good

The rooms are better than i expected. Very spacious layout with extremely big and comfy bed.

Great location, modern design with luxury touch. Very accommodating and polite staff. Great quality breakfast.

Cons:

The Italian restaurant on the 19th floor did not live up to expectations. Service was messy (although very polite staff) and the food (pasta) only decent, not great.

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny - polecam ten hotel na dłuższy pobyt w KL.
Pros:

Wybrałem ten hotel na tygodniowy pobyt w Kuala Lumpur. Pokoje byłe bardzo czyste a łóżko super wygodne - naprawdę można było się dobrze wyspać. Personel zaczynając od recepcji, przez obsługę na śniadaniach po ekipy sprzątające pokoje był bardzo sympatyczny, uśmiechnięty - tutaj zdecydowanie 10/10. Jedzenie na śniadaniu bardzo smaczne oraz różnorodne - przez tydzień pobytu mi się nie znudziło. Woda gratis dostarczana do pokoju - duży plus. Basen na ostatnim piętrze dość mały, ale wystarczający. Zawsze było kilka wolnych leżaków. Siłownia kameralna, ale można zrobić trening także tutaj też plus. Dobra lokalizacja - do parku KLCC lub wież Petronas 5 min spacerkiem. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.

Cons:

Kawa na śniadaniu była słabej jakości, tak samo jak maszyny wydające kawę(strasznie wolne działanie). Miałem pokój na 6 piętrze i w nocy były słychać ruch uliczny. Są zatyczki do uszu w pokoju.
