I had a very bad experience some one woke me up at 1am and staff keep asking me we can not find you in system almost half hour it took for them to figure out the issue

Breakfast setup is too big with live counter. Comfortable good size of room. Staffs are very friendly and supportive.
Reception, Bell boy, Valet parking team, security and Housekeeping and Restaurant team.
3614 Room AC need to fix. We raise the issue; MST came but AC temperature remains uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Television is outdated. All major hotels now have smart TV, no-one need satellite channels. Please replace all tv with smart tv.
