In general the hotel not bad - all my remarks are common - hotel need renovation

Staff were very friendly, the Receptionist Hala, made it easy and so welcoming early check-in. It was really all what we needed after driving 10 hrs from Madinah to Riyadh. This really helped us to rest before or family event on the evening. Room size, cleanness, food were all perfect
