Pros:

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, nettes Personal, super Frühstück. Gerne wieder.
Entfernung zum Ostbahnhof gut machbar, so dass man auch tagsüber für ein Päuschen ins Hotel gehen kann.

Cons:

Die direkte Umgebung ist jetzt nicht besonders heimelig, aber auch nachts bin ich nicht beunruhigt zum Hotel gegangen.

Cons:

W pokoju było zimno. Regulacja przy użyciu sterownika klimatyzacji nie działała.
W dodatku trzeba było zostawić kaucję, 30 euro/doba, mimo że pobyt opłaciłem z góry. Nie było o tym mowy przy rezerwowaniu pokoju. Przy prawie tygodniowym pobycie, jest to duża kwota, która zostaje zamrożona. Ciekawe, czy dostałbym pokój, gdybym nie miał środków na kaucję.
Z kolei obsługa śniadaniowa, sprzątała ze stołu jak tylko ktoś oddalił się od stolika. Tak więc odejście po dodatkowy sok oznaczała konieczność przygotowania sobie śniadania na nowo.

It was mouse in hotel!!!!

Cons:

(Check-out was at 12, but the staff – specifically the cleaner – was already knocking on our door a little after 11. It was a disaster. During breakfast they were taking plates straight from our hands at the end, basically pushing us to leave.

Bin sehr enttäuscht,
Cons:

An zwei Tagen gab es fast kein heißes Wasser. das Zimmer/Badezimmer war unsauber, überall lagen Haare. Das Bett war auch unsauber, es waren mehere Flecken zusehen.

Overall, the stay was pleasant except non working AC part.
Pros:

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Reception area is impressive and easy access to public transport.

Cons:

It was heatwave in Europe during our stay and as per the hotel facilities all the rooms are air conditioned.
But unfortunately our room’s AC was not working well and it was very hot outside. Despite our several requests and reminders we had to sleep three nights out of six without AC. Everyday receptionist said it will be fixed soon and after strict conversation on fourth day we were advised to change our room because AC cant be fixed. So it was again hectic to move each and every stuff to different room.

Pillows were very hard to sleep and upon request they provided us the anti allergy pillows which were very small in size like a small cushion.

We had an issue regarding room cleaning also. Usually room service includes the change of tea cups everyday and provides tea accessories. Upon asking they said you have to get the tea cups from reception. When we said you should provide, they start washing our tea cups in the bathroom sink without any dishwashing liquid, which was very awful to see the cleaning standards of marriott hotel. Afterwards, we refrained using the tea cups and glass instead we used disposable cups for tea, coffee or water.

Easy, no issues.
Pros:

Easy access to public transport into and out of the city centre. Not a busy location, local area was quiet and laid back, with good cafes and bars within easy walking distance.
