The owner is not responding to our call if we have questions. During the last night of our stay the wifi suddenly stopped working. The place is not that clean.

I liked the free wifi (Yt & Netflix ready), the room is spacious, kitchen, and the very comfortable bed & beddings.
The location is the little issue. It was hard finding transportation. I walk almost half km just then I was able to ride a taxi. And also the door of the CR is defective.
There were people at the room who seems to be drunk who were so rowdy and very very noise in the middle of the night I had to go and complain at the security. We were unable to have a good night rest.

I like the location. Quiet place. The place is fully ventilated no smell of food in the hallway.
It would be better if the unit owner invest on luxurious thick mattress and bed linens soft pillows for comfortable night sleep. The room is perfect size for a couple. Two Day beds one in the bedroom and one in the sala makes the room really tight too much for such a small condo unit. The wifi is very weak. I paid for 4 nights but stayed only for 3 nights.
the area is quiet.. the room is clean. i wish there was a washing machine and drier and guest could provide complimentaries like free condiments or coffee. when we arrive the thermal heater had water in it which we found weird but overall we got our moneys worth and we’re very thankful to have stayed at luxury suites.. it was also nice that the host called in to make sure we had checked in
Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few disappointments that affected the experience. We chose to book here because it was advertised as having a kitchenette, but there wasn't even a stove to cook. When we asked about it, they brought us a broken one, so we ended up eating out every day, which wasn't ideal.
Additionally, we mentioned that we had five children, but there were only three blankets provided. 😛 We had to make do with what we had.
Another issue was with the bathroom, the toilet would flood every time we took a bath, which was quite frustrating.
To top it off, the sheets in our room were obviously dirty when we arrived. I had to contact the owner, who said there was no one available to change them, but promised to bring clean sheets the next day. It felt a bit unprofessional, honestly.
All in all, while the hotel was okay, it didn’t meet our expectations, and there were several things that could have been handled better.
