Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £50 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

The price!! A total rip off over Wimbledon fortnight!! £1002 for a suite for 1 night and then £966 for second night in standard room. Considering a standard room is normally just over £200 a night!! Some of waiting staff at breakfast were rude!! Breakfast items had been cooked and were sitting under a heat lamp for a while ( poached eggs exploded when cut into it, there was a skin on them) we asked for a flat white and told we had to use machine!! At that price I wanted my coffee made by a person!!!

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with both buffet and cooked breakfast to order.
We just loved the grounds and the adjoining park, so beautiful and we loved it.
We didn’t like the magnets on the wardrobes as it was difficult to close the wardrobe door without it going bang.
Also first night people going to bed late and all hotel doors make such a loud bang.

het is een ouder gebouw dus de overlopen kraken wel een beetje als iemand in de gang loopt. Maar daar is weinig aan te doen en heeft ook zijn charme. Voor de rest niks aan te merken.
