As a paying resident in an expensive suite i was shocked to be charged £25.00 parking for an overnight stay.
Few niggles at breakfast , coffee machine run out of beans , no menu on the table after being told there would be , no salt on the table , after being told the table had been specifically set for us.
Tried to charge us £30 upon check out for drinks we didn’t have and having to suffer the embarrassment of having to prove we hadn’t had those drinks.
Great building and view
Old and run down furniture and carpet. Dusty and dirty under bed and corner. Ultimately it would need a bit of a restoration and it’s really inconvenient if allergic to dust like I am. Finally service is subpar. Receptionist sent me to the wrong floor which was extremely distressing with all the luggage and the fact rooms don’t have numbers but only names. When asked, 3 different people on the floor didn’t know where the room was. The day of my departure I wanted to have lunch and the waiter was dismissive at best. Ultimately not a 4 star level service at all.
Perfect location for exploring Wimbledon, set back from the main hub.
Unexpectedly had to pay an additional fee for parking with a large, mostly empty car park at the front of the hotel, which seemed unnecessary considering the cost of the room. Common areas a bit tired and room incredibly hot even with the radiator off.
The hotel is amazing, and the staff are all great. They upgraded me and still gave me a discount, so polite and helpful.
Very nice room looking out onto Wimbledon Common.
A checkout time of noon would avoid a rush in the morning

The location, the facilities, the room, the park and the view are fantastic!
It’s perfect
Bij het ontbijt kon je eitjes en gerechtjes door de kok laten maken.
Misschien iets meer charcuterie had gemogen bij het ontbijt.
Personeel was super vriendelijk.
The staff were extremely helpful. The room was very equipped to a high standard with a great view over the park. Breakfast was very good and the poached eggs were perfect on both mornings.
The TV picture quality wasn't the best.
