SM Jazz Residences - GabAwayStaycation

I booked this property early for 3 adults from November 2, 2024, to November 13, 2024. Upon arrival at the property at noon on November 2, I experienced a delay as the security guards were checking their records to confirm my access. It took the host around an hour to resolve the matter with security.
Later that day, my daughter arrived at 3:30 p.m., and she encountered the same issue. She had to wait in the lobby for nearly an hour while the host sorted out the access issue with the security guards.
The listing described the unit as having two single beds and one full bed, but I found only one queen-size bed and a sofa (not a sofa bed). Basic amenities like a trash can were missing, and the TV was not properly mounted on the wall or placed on a TV stand—it was simply leaning against the dining table.
The unit was also infested with German cockroaches and mosquitoes. I requested a trash can, bug spray, and an extra pillow and blanket, as three adults were staying (my wife would be joining on November 6). However, I received the trash can and bug spray only after two days, and the additional pillow and blanket after three days.
I had a flight abroad on November 7, leaving my wife and daughter in the unit. On November 10, the internet was disconnected. My wife and daughter informed the host, who promised to fix it, but the internet was never restored by the time they left the unit.
The host was terrible and very unresponsive.
Avoid this place if you want your stay pleasant one. My only regret was to book at this property for 11 days, I should have booked for a day to check the if the place was any better.
I wish booking.com will do some compensation for my terrible stay at this place
