Bad staff very rude
Pros:

No breakfast facility was clean

Cons:

When I booked I marked th spot booking for someone else, which was my neice. I booked her for a week stay. When we checked in they just asked for my is and handed us both a key. 3 days later they asked her to leave because she was not registered . They never asked when we checked in. They blamed it on booking.com for having that choice on your website. Top it all off I have to fight for the three days she didn’t stay there for a refund. To say I am mad is putting it lightly

Convenient drive from where we were going.
Pros:

A full size fridge was nice to have.

Cons:

It had a bad smell!
Like dirt and marijuana.
Deep smell no matter how much lysol spray was used all 4. I can still smell it..

No Frills Value Accommodation
Pros:

Very affordable. Great location.

Cons:

I checked in 30 minutes early. I got the key to my room & when I went to the room it hadn't been cleaned. I waited over an hour past check in time for it to get cleaned. When I finally decided to go check the room the toilet seat was still dirty and unclean. Everything else looked & smelled clean.

It was wonderful!
Pros:

The facility smelled clean as soon as you walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have never experienced a hotel where the staff was this great. The rooms and restrooms were clean and smelled clean. The towels were even fresh. This hotel is excellent and will recommend people try it out.

Cons:

The beds are hard. Get a little more comfortable mattress pillow top or something. The pillows were flat too. Not good for someone with back problems.

There is no breakfast there you have to buy and cook your own food

Cons:

Miss Rebecca at the front desk said I will receive my deposit back and I have not received my deposit of $300 so I’m still waiting. Can you look into that for me please and let me know how can you help me thank you that everything was beautiful. The staff great.

Everything was nice for my family and I, but I’m still waiting for my deposit and What a clean room
Pros:

There is no breakfast there you have to cook your own food… Are you have to? Go buy your own food.

Cons:

I didn’t like they did not reimburse my deposit fee, which is $300. I am still waiting for my deposit and I have not receiver my deposit yet. Can you look into that and let me know how can you help me? to receive my deposit back I really appreciate it thank you

Very nice stay - everything was acceptable.
Pros:

No breakfast. Locaton was fine.

Cons:

My friend wished that there would have been a swimming pool. Also, the TV remote was not user friendly.
