Bien, con cosas a mejorar
Pros:

Tuvimos un problema con la habitación que nos habían asignado y nos la cambiaron inmediatamente, es más, nos dieron una mejor (quizás para compensar el percance). Nos gustó el detalle.
El personal de recepción fue muy amable.
La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Estaba limpia.
Volveremos en breve.

Cons:

• El sofá cama es muy incómodo; notas todos los muelles en tu cuerpo y además, el colchón se unde.
• El ruido que hace la nevera es insoportable; por el día no molesta, por la noche hace muy difícil conciliar el sueño.
• Hay personas que salen de la piscina, en bañador o en ropa interior, sin ni siquiera cubrirse con una toalla; van chorreando agua hasta llegar a su habitación. No es agradable compartir ascensor con un hombre en calzoncillos, descalzo y mojando el suelo.
• También me resulta muy poco apropiado que algunos huéspedes desayunen en el comedor en pijama, bata, toga en la cabeza, como si estuvieran en su casa.
Creo que el hotel no debería permitir estas actitudes. Algunas, rozan la falta de respeto hacia los demás huéspedes.

Pros:

Cons:

I requested a handicap room. This was confirmed prior to arrival, but not handicap bathroom. Low toilet, no bars.
Bed linens bad. Blanket was a bed pad, intended to be under a sheet. The bathroom not cleaned and wet towels and facecloths left for second night stay.

The man at the desk was brusk and treated towing if we didn’t pay $15 per night to park in the hotel’s lot in a handicap space.

Very expensive for the quality! Will never go there again.

Great hotel, great customer service
Pros:

Friendly check in, gave complimentary water bottles since we had a long drive from NJ. I received text messages throughout my stay in case I needed anything. They even provided dinner suggestions. Will definitely stay here again.

Me and my husband and our crew always have a fantastic time. To the staff and everyone great job

We have been coming to this hotel for 4 years now and every time we have an exceptional experience all the time.

Cons:

A bit buggy.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room was large. It was nice to have a small kitchen, although I did not use it, except for the refrigerator.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have windows that opened.
My room had bugs. Ants in the bathroom and in the bathroom sink every night when I returned. Then something that looked like a box elder bug was crawling on the counter and in the refrigerator. Luckily I did not have food in the frig. They moved me to another room and gave me some free water and snacks as a "Sorry". Only one beetle scurried out from the blow dryer on the wall in this room. The fixtures showed a lot of wear in the second room.
The muffins were just ok at the breakfast buffet. A little stale. The oatmeal was tasteless.
