Pros:

i liked how this location had luggage storage prior to check-in and after check-out. staff were nice and helped which check-in when lost. Room was nice and clean with wifi access and is right across the river to the peace park.

Comfortable and affordable stay.
Pros:

Great location, near trams and peace park. Has built in laundry on first floor which was handy.

Cons:

Sign on property says that there are no staff from 7am to midday so may not be able to store luggage before checkin but I arrived around 11:30 and there was staff so I got lucky.
