Pathetic, never suggest to anyone, I paid more than 3k for 2 night stay and facilities I received like 500 rupees lodge

There were nil cutleries or plates
Nil room service
Initially Air-condition wasn’t working then they fixed it, however no cooling effect, we were sweating all the time

Worst hotel, pls dont book this hotel.
Pros:

They did not provide breakfast. I was told they cant provide breakfast at the rate i booked the hotel using booking.com. i was asked to cancel the booking and book again at the hotel.

Cons:

1. First of all not adhering to the terms and conditions while booking.
2. The manner they treated the guest.
3. Poor service.
4. Loss of trust.
