Overall, a comfortable stay with good service and excellent value for money despite the limited breakfast options.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, neat, and exceptionally clean. It’s excellent value for the money and just a 10-minute walk from MAGJ Hospital, Mookkannoor, making it a convenient choice for visitors. The service was good, and considering the price, this place is definitely worth staying at.

Cons:

The only drawback was the complimentary breakfast, as there were no options to choose from. It consisted only of bread, omelet, tea, and coffee. While the food was fresh and tasted good, having a few more breakfast choices would greatly improve the overall experience.

Pros:

We paid the hotel which included breakfast wherein it was mentioned that package includes continental breakfast. Finally the hotel informed us that they will not serve breakfast and when I questioned them, they charged for same they said they will provide bread and omelette. They don't honor what they say.

Cons:

They never honour what they say or write and charge us extra.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. This hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service.

The room was in a terrible condition when we checked in. It was clearly not cleaned properly, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The blankets and pillows were dirty, stained, and appeared as though they had not been changed or washed before our arrival. Staying in such an unhygienic environment was both uncomfortable and unpleasant.

To make matters worse, there was a serious issue regarding breakfast. Both the booking application and the property's own policy clearly stated that breakfast was included in the reservation. However, when we arrived, the staff informed us that breakfast was not included and refused to honor what was advertised. This is misleading and unprofessional. Guests should not have to argue for services that were explicitly promised at the time of booking.

The staff showed little concern for resolving the issue and offered no satisfactory explanation. The lack of accountability, combined with the poor room condition and false information regarding included amenities, made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. If you value cleanliness, honesty, and basic customer service, it is best to look elsewhere.

Pathetic, never suggest to anyone, I paid more than 3k for 2 night stay and facilities I received like 500 rupees lodge

Initially Air-condition wasn’t working then they fixed it, however no cooling effect, we were sweating all the time
