Well located, easy to access, and comfortable
Pros:

Excellent central location, with the subway only a short 5-minute walk away.
The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was spotless and spacious

Cons:

It would be a good idea to install a small splash guard, otherwise water splashes everywhere when you take a shower.

ОЧЕНЬ НЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ ТО ЧТО НЕТ В НОМЕРЕ НИКАКИХ КУХОННЫХ ПРЕНАДЛЕЖНОСТЕЙ. МИНИ КУХНЯ ЕСТЬ НО ТОЛКУ ОТ НЕЕ КОГДА НЕТ СКОВОРОДЫ, ПРИБОРОВ И ТАК ДАЛЕЕ. НУ НЕ ПОКУПАТЬ ЖЕ САМОМУ ВСЕ НЕОБХОДИМОЕ ДЛЯ ГОТОВКИ. Я СНИМАЛ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ ИЗ ЗА РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЯ И ИЗ ЗА МИНИ КУХНИ. Я ПРИЛЕТЕЛ С ДОЧКОЙ ... The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their prompt responses and warm hospitality made my stay very comfortable.

The property itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and all the amenities required for a business traveler. The location is also perfect—just minutes away from metro station and Electronic market, making it very convenient..

Pros:

Local was very centralised and the rooms were generally quite spacious for a loft. Had all the basic amenities you will need + the bed is quite comfortable. Security is good and the front desk lobby is helpful. Clear that a lot of foreigners stay here. There was also a fridge / freezer which is a bonus!

Cons:

Entrance is a little hard to find because it is an apartment with a front help desk but not like a hotel lobby. The loft is definitely not the most convenient keep that in mind if you dislike having to constantly walk up and down the stairs. Also not the cleanest rooms as in the cabinets needed a wipe cause it was quite dusty.
