AC was a bit noisy but worked, street noise can be loud at night, we had no hot water in our shower despite trying multiple times of day

Esperaba más en tema de atención al huésped. No me ofrecieron agua para beber en la habitación. El desayuno era hasta las 8:00am (algo tarde para mi gusto). El cable de TV es viejo.
Absolutely stunning views from the bedrooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge rooms and comfy beds.

Der Ausblick war faszinierend und die Zimmergröße unübertroffen. Bester Blick von Balkon und Bett aus. Endlich wirklich warmes Wasser. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Großer Komfort, kleiner Preis, freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute. Sehr nah an der Bushaltestelle, zu Fuß ins Zentrum 5 Minuten.
Ich musste nach ein paar Dingen extra fragen, die dann aber sofort erledigt wurden (z.B. Nachfüllen der Seife).

My room was very spacious, you could even say with various sections. As it is a bit outside downtown, there`s not too much traffic around the hotel. Views from the balcony above town and to the volcanoes is great. Staff was very nice and hospitable even when I one evening arrived with a street dog feeling very well in the hotel lobby.

A terrible place to stay, I would nobody recoment !!
Expensive hotel for the regian and you get nothing in return.
However Jauyau and its seven waterfalls realy such a beautiful place!

Beautiful location, and nice weather, amidst a very authentic atmosphere proper from the local area of Juayua, one of the most beautiful villages in El Salvador.
There was no coffee in the rooms, when me and my friends who rented other rooms went out early in the morning there was no coffee anywhere in the room or the hotel. Being this a coffee producer area that seemed disappointing.
