Pros:

Gar nichts.

Cons:

Kein geeignetes Hotel für Weintourismus. Auf den Fotos ist es sehr schön und hell, aber in der Realität kalt und leblos. Eine dreiste Täuschung. Sehr abgekapselt und keine Lichter. Wirklich weit weg von der nächsten Stadt, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder sonstiges in der Umgebung. Mangelnde Hygiene. Keine Stornierbaren Zimmer und das führt dazu, dass man trotz dieser Mängel sein Geld nicht zurückbekommt. Das spricht schon für sich. Wer an ihre Unterkunft glaubt und sicher ist, macht jederzeit Stornierungen. Man ist vielleicht an der Hauptstraße, man sieht diese nicht und es ist sicherlich kein Familienhotel. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft, sie sprechen leider sehr schlecht Englisch oder verstehen angeblich einen nicht. Die positiven Bewertungen sind vermutlich gekauft oder als Deutsche haben wir das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen. Mein Geld, dass ich nicht zurückbekommen habe, wird Ihnen nicht gut tuen. Zur Ausstattung, als Weinhotel hätte man bessere Weingläser stellen können und sogar ihren Wein schenken können. Ich war in vielen Unterkünften, es gibt viel besseres für diesen Preis. Es wird hier extra darauf geachtet Müll zu sortieren, aber die Klobürste ist dreckig und sehr alt. Auf sowas müsste ich nicht hinweisen, sowas muss von vornherein sauber sein! Eine Sicherheit gibt es auch nicht, da trotz Tor kein Zaun die Unterkunft schützt. Definitiv keine Empfehlung und sehr unfreundliche diskriminierende Chefin.

Pros:

Sehr schön und angenehm waren die Informationen von Francesca. Sie war bei Fragen und Problemen immer sehr schnell zur Stelle und half entweder persönlich oder per WhatsApp!
Sie spricht sehr gut englisch, so dass eine Verständigung problemlos möglich ist.

Vino, olio e piscina
Pros:

Bellissima esperienza, bellissimo posto immerso nel verde (ulivi e vitigni). Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di vini di loro produzione e ci siamo goduti la bellissima piscina.
L'appartamentino che avevamo era molto grande e spazioso, si vedeva che era nuovo e tenuto molto bene.
Il posto è a meno di dieci minuti in auto da Suvereto, che è piacevole da visitare e per mangiare e degustare vini locali.
Francesca ci ha accolti benissimo, è stata gentilissima, e veramente in gamba. Consigliatissimo!

Great stay in nice place
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and clean with great view from the terrace. It was well equipped, sun umbrella was available to take to the beach.
Greetings to Francesca who was a great host.
I recommend a wine tasting.

Cons:

You may ask for an apartment closer to the pool which means it will be far away from the road - we could hear the noise from the road - especially in the night.

Perfect location in between the se, lovely villages and cities and a gorgeous estate with a magnificent pool. Shout out
Pros:

This has been our third time staying at TerraVita which should tell you everything you need to know. The apartments are roomy, have got most of the things one needs and there’s a lovely view from the balconies/ terraces looking at all the olive trees etc. Sunsets and -rises are amazing and what we loved the most was spending time at the gorgeous pool with the family and the other friendly guests.

Cons:

There could be some proper wine glasses especially considering that it is a winery ;-)

Pros:

This is the second time for me and my family in Terra Vita. We Enjoy it very much. It is very Clean. The pool is a dream. Francesca help us with all information we need. We will come back.

A joyfull stay with family and friends
Pros:

We had a great stay at TerraVita. We liked the interior of the appartments and the surroundings quite alot.
Thanks to Francesca, the welcome was very warm and she was alwas available, via Whatsapp or in person, if we had questions. The pool-area is clean and brand new. There are events at the location, like wine tasting etc., which unfortunatley we could not attend (as we have young kids).
There is not TV in the appartment, which (oddly) we liked alot

Cons:

There is very little we did not like (more some little details, which in our mind would make things even better):
- a little bit more cutlery (i think we had only 4 little spoons :-) )
- we would change the coffee maker (it is a little nespresso machine, which we find not very environmently friendly, and a
"normal" espresso-maker would be fine)

Excellent complex of apartments
Pros:

The property was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The beds were also extremely comfortable.
Francesca was very helpful and went out her way to make our stay special.
The on-site laundry was well equipped and soap etc was supplied

Cons:

A coffee table and table lamp in the sitting room would have been helpful and provided a better ambiance.

Lovely holiday spent with our 2 girls!
Pros:

Great place for a nice family stay! Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. All necessary comfort present. Maybe good to know if you have smaller kids, some of the apartments are a bit if a walk from the pool and swing so keep this in mind.

Cons:

The apartment was not so well insulated and we were unlucky to have very loud neighbours that were night creatures, so we didn’t sleep very well even though the beds were very comfortable.
Dishwasher wasn’t the best and often left the plates still dirty. Also the bigger dinner plates didn’t fit in the dishwasher.

Fantastic, clean and spacious property, ideal to relax with your familiy.
Pros:

The property was in excellent condition, clean and enough space for a family of four. There was airco which made it really comfortable during extreme hot days. There is a nice pool where every appt has their own sun-loungers. There is enough privacy in general. It’s only a short drive (20 min) to reach the beach.

Cons:

There is nothing to say really. A little bit more cutlery would be more convenient.
