I talked to management it’s been weeks still no response.

Cons:

My heater didn’t work in room so it was freezing. Also had no body wash.

Pros:

Complimentary late-night shuttle service from airport and very nice breakfast. We live in Colorado Springs, and were returning from a two-week vacation. We didn't want to ask a friend to pick us up so late on our return, so we spent the extra night at Tru by Hilton and got a ride home the next morning when it was more convenient for our friend.

Cons:

Everything was very satisfactory. We would do it all over again.

Most favorite part of the hotel was Chad! He was so welcoming and put a smile on our face everytime we seen him.
