Pros:

Went to check in and they said booking.com never sent them my reservation that I booked 7/31 weeks in advance because I know all the hotels sell out that weekend and they didn’t give me a room or honor my reservation I will not use booking.com ever again I was left without a place to stay

Disappointing
Pros:

The lobby area was nice and the room was clean.

Cons:

System was down during check-in. Another guest entered our room with a key. The bed made loud noises every time you move. They didn't have a hot breakfast.

L’établissement est tout confort et bien équipé, on y dors bien, les chambres sont confortables, la salle de sport est de qualité.

Cons:

Néanmoins, je suis un peu déçu du déjeuner le deuxième jours. A 08h tout était presque vide et tous les appareils hors services

It’s dirty and I wouldn’t stay again

Cons:

Staff was rude and the property was dirty. The rooms were a mess and not cleaned.

Pros:

Booking.com was a little “ glitchy “ when I booked we was not aware when I booked that 4 rooms were booked and paid for when it was for 4 people , 2 rooms . I thought it was a bit expensive when I booked but wasn’t sure with the US dollar an$ was not advised that I had 4 rooms until I arrived at the hotels reception to check in . I have I used booking .com many times but very disappointed with what happened and the cost .
