Excellent stay - Look no further for a great Munnar experience
Pros:

The view, staff, location, pool, ambience, most facilities.

Cons:

The gym needs improvement. Your treadmill slips under the runner's shoes! Also the weights are just not enough for a decent workout. Finally, the breakfast can improve a lot with variety - Same options everyday dampen the experience.

Albergo confortevole e personale molto disponibile. Ottima posizione tra le montagne ed il verde. Veduta spettacolare. La spa è assolutamente da provare!

Cons:

Il ristorante ha margini di miglioramento. Il cibo e la proposta di cibo non è male ma il servizio lascia un po' a desiderare e non riesci ad apprezzare in pieno le possibilità che la cucina potrebbe offrirti. Peccato

Location ,views from the room and pool were spectacular.
Food was excellent. Staff friendly.Pool area was beautiful. Only 4 sun loungers though.

Cons:

Gym 50% of equipment nit working. Limited space to unpack. Items used nit replenished on multiple occassions

Pros:

I liked everything about the Viceroy resort & stay the hospitality we've got was immensely appreciable.. The breakfast we've received was so good & can be called the best for kerala to show our culture plus arranging food for guests too.
Service wise VICE gave us a Royal pleasure, & I should say the guy named Abin was an absolute gem , the way he treasured us through the stay was commendable and similarly for the night staff as well. Thankyou so much Viceroy for making our first trip and stay as a Married couple so Royal & memorable until our memories fade and for giving us heartful of joy. ♥️

Washroom bath area drainage area cud be curved more or the glass coverage from bottom shud be heightened. Just a suggestion.
