Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage, köstliches Essen, schönes Zimmer mit Ausblick. Ganz besonders liebte ich den Pool und das klare Wasser frühmorgens

Highly disappointed- not worth for what i paid.
Pros:

I am very disappointed, I booked this hotel based on the picture provided and the reviews , but honestly this resort is not worth for what i paid (19116 Rs).

Cons:

Breakfast (limited menus),
Too much of noise as they’re doing construction work at the time of stay, I informed them twice then only they stopped . This was vey much disturbance.
Next to resort, there is church and they played a song . Overall this stay was not worth what i paid and not fit for those who are looking calm stay.

Pros:

El personal era de 10, súper atento y servicial. Nos ayudaron muchísimo para alquilar una moto

La habitación era cómoda, las vistas una pasada y la piscina preciosa

Cons:

Desafortunadamente no puede tener categoría 5 estrellas (ni llevar el “luxury” en el nombre). El gimnasio y las zonas de juego necesitan un mantenimiento exhaustivo. En general el hotel necesita una pequeña reforma, parece de los 80

Pros:

When are on a 12 days long trip, you expect the stays to be exceptionally well and viceroy has exceeded my expectations. The staff was too polite and humble, a warm welcome during check-in felt great, the stay was peaceful and with a great view. Highly recommended.

Relaxing time in an idyllic setting.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in a serene location. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was further out from Munnar than we thought, maybe 40-45 minutes but in the end we really loved the peaceful and secluded haven this was.

Pros:

Location is Supurb, Staff is very Cooparative.

Cons:

Could not get hot water during our entire stay, have raised this issue with team but the issue was addressed by the time we were about to leave the Resort. According to them it was due to the Gas shortage in town. Breakfast was almost repetitive for both the days of stay.

Relaxing, peaceful atmosphere, nice views, kind staff
Pros:

Beautifully location, well maintained surroundings. Ice cold pool for a refreshing afternoon plunge. The rooms are nice, clean and the bathrooms have excellent water pressure as well as a hot shower. Staff is super friendly and attentive. They organised a driver to take us to the Chokramudi hike at 4:30 in the morning and packed us some breakfast to go. Breakfast buffet in the hotel is good and plentiful as well.

Cons:

The restaurant food is just basic in terms of flavours and actually quite pricey. We would recommend going out for food other than breakfast. The games room in the basement is a little worn down (missing queues for the pool table).

Great few days.
Pros:

A great location for trekking and visiting tea plantations. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they gave us great advice on places to visit and organised taxis etc.

Séjour exceptionnel au Viceroy
Pros:

Tout était génial, sauf éventuellement revoir l’organisation du restaurant.
Merci à toutes l’équipe de l’hôtel qui a été extrêmement accueillante et gentille avec nous.
L’endroit est exceptionnel et propre.

Hotel staff needs to be changed

The hotel has a very beautiful garden which made the stay pleasant and relaxing.

Cons:

However, the service was disappointing. The staff asked us to choose a specific dinner time and pre-order our meals, but dinner was served almost an hour late and some of the ordered items were missing.
