Will definitely stay again. Big shout out to all the staff that makes our stay so comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast is fabulous, lots of choices and tastefully decorated. Location is walking distance from the HK/Shenzhen customs and metro station.

Good hotel with great amenities, location and nice staff.
Pros:

This hotel was in an excellent location near the train station, restaurants, and local shops. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. A bonus was the hotel had complimentary laundry machines! We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The room rate could have been more competitive.

Must avoid for people who need quietness & privacy

Cons:

Extremely noisy with continuous carhorns even until 11 pm. Sound insulation terrible.

Can't adjust air con. Extremely hot with a thick quilt.

Bathroom without privacy as the space without door is being used as access for toilet, shower & closet for clothes.

No face towel. Shame for Hilton
