Terrible and not worth to pay the money
Pros:

Outdoor and café.

Cons:

Stayed at the property from 21st of June to 24th of June 2025. First room has a broken A/C that doesn't get cold even if after 1 hour of waiting. Receptionist moved to another room to fix the problem by it just another disappointment. TV doesn't work, hot water or heater doesn't work and ended asking for a pail/tabo to take a shower. Additionally, the toilet has a broken flush. I kept on bringing this to the desk attention but no sense of urgency!

Okay but not okay!
Pros:

Location. It is near my grandparents house in San Vicente.

Cons:

The water in the bathroom was so smelly. We did inform the reception office about it but they said that they could not do anything about it as it might have come from the water tank. There was also an issue with the security, since it the place is open to public and there is no guard at the entrance. One night someone tried to enter or open the door of my daughter’s hotel room. When she felt that someone was trying to open the door knob, she turned on the light. Then the supposed to be intruder was gone. It was so frightening. We did inform the front desk and all they said was “we will inform the next shift”. As in, huh??!!!

Pros:

Great service. Staffs are always pleasant. Great food specially the coffee. The cafe was great too.

Cons:

The blankets smelled like kulob. And the smell would stick on your skin and hair. That was the only problem I could say about our stay.

This was a wedding present for my brother and wife,disappointed
Pros:

Food was good, but way too expensive
Staff were very polite and helpful
This was a wedding gift for my brother and his wife and they went home after one night should’ve stayed three nights.
I am hoping that I get a refund for the two nights they didn’t stay

Cons:

Location, cleanliness, food. They expected us to pay for breakfast despite the fact that the menu clearly showed blast for guests was free. When questioned we were told didn't apply to booking.com bookings.

all Good, very clean, except for the receiving desk/reception
Pros:

room is good, aircon is good so slept well and clean too. quite cozy place and price is worth

Cons:

the staff whom I checked my reservation, and she insisted I only booked 3 rooms which I did booked 4 rooms. I even have to raise my voice for her to check properly. I am so unhappy because we are very tired and want to rest because we are from Tagaytay and we travel there so we expect to check in without hassle but because of negligence, this happened. After I have showed unhappy face then she just realised that yes I booked 4 rooms.

The property is well maintained clean neat as tidy including the pool

Cons:

We asked for two towels as the humid air was not enough to dry those provided. On departure we were asked to pay 1000 pesos for the extra towels and after discussing it the charge was withdrawn.
The left us a little upset as we were not advised of a charge at the time

We like the cozy atmosphere and relaxing environment but still we will not comeback because of our bad experience.

Cons:

The location is hard to find, the rooms do not have ref, flat iron and no complimentary coffee/tea. We are also disappointed because we were told that we have free breakfast and then afterwards the staff told us that there were no free breakfast… we also settled our bill during our early check-out at 7am (we had to go earlier instead of 12pm checkout because of the graduation of our 3 children), after 13 hrs of leaving the place, we received a call that we need to pay something and it was really inconvenient because we had a very hectic day and shocked to learn about this.
