Pros:

This was a great hotel. The rooms were enormous. The bathrooms were also a great size.
The beds were comfortable. A great little couch area to relax. The kitchenette was handy. Good size fridge.

Cons:

Not much, the stay was good. The perfume/air freshener at the front was a bit strong - but really that was all.

Koko residence hotel
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious.and clean. We stayed with 2 kids ages 7 and 9 years old and there was plenty of room for us all. It even has a little kitchen. The whole hotel was lovely and clean. It was close to the train station, only a 5 min walk so good location.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I'd consider it large for Japan standards. We appreciated all of the complimentary toiletries and having cooking and eating utensils. It's a great value for the size.

The beds were pretty hard but we know that's going to happen when we travel.

Pros:

The space and comfort for a family of four was great, double bed below 2 bunks above worked really well for us all. To have kitchen and bathroom facilities and a decent sized dining table made it perfect for us
