To be honest nothing i like.

Cons:

I paid almost 1750/- for one night. I get filter water in bottle when i ask for water. Bathroom was not clean. Leakages in water tabs. No tissue papers. Good morning. You are the second person to pay maintenance this year

Do not book this hotel. It was worst experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

Our stay at this hotel was very unpleasant and far below expectations.

The first room allotted to us was poorly cleaned and had a strong unpleasant smell. After requesting a change, we were given another room, but the bedsheet and comforter were dirty. When we asked the staff to replace them, they insisted that the linen was new and said that this is how they receive it from the laundry, which is unacceptable.

We had to request clean bedsheets twice and ended up waiting outside the room for nearly 30 minutes. Even our request to clean the bathroom mirror was ignored.

The AC was also not functioning properly. Although it was running, it did not cool effectively even when set to 16°C.

The bathroom condition was extremely poor and not suitable for guests. The overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing — there was visible dust, and I could literally draw on the set-top box. Even the hotel menu kept on the side table was dirty.

Considering we paid ₹1700 per day, the level of hygiene and service provided was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience ever,

Everything its all lie
1. Booking show checkout time till 23:00 but hotel forced check out at 12:00 and take extra half price for 6hrs
2. Cleanliness a big zero no slippers , dirty and molded bathroom, molded walls, cockroaches in room many more to list
3. Broken power socket ,
4. No hot water in bathroom
5. Molded chair just cant see forget about sitting on it
In short all Amenities shown on booking confirmation and website is false and lie nothing provided in room .
Just worse experience don't recommend any one A BIG NO TO GO HOTEL
