L'emplacement, au bord du lac. Bon petit déjeuner.

Vraiment déçus par cet hôtel. La chambre, pourtant côté lac, était vraiment très petite : même avec une très petite table de nuit, presque impossible d'ouvrir le placard tellement c'était étroit. Climatisation très bruyante. Service qui laisse vraiment à désirer : ménage pas fait le 1er jour, pas de réponse à nos demandes concernantla climatisation... La piscine pourrait être agréable, avec une belle vue sur le lac, mais seulement une dizaine de chaises longues pour tout l'hôtel. Les autres sont réservées aux clients extérieurs. Étrange de ne pas privilégier les clients de l'hôtel... même chose pour le parking qui est pris d'assaut par les clients extérieurs du restaurant ! Attention à ne pas rentrer trop tard si vous voulez une place de parking pour la nuit. Enfin, évitez la location de vélos proposée par l'hôtel, chez le voisin : vieux vélos sans sonnette ni panier, avec des freins en fin de courses, tout ça pour un tarif plus cher que la moyenne.

Pros:

Lage war toll, sehr schöner leider etwas kleiner Pool… Frühstück war gut. Beide Restaurants vom Hotel ebenfalls ganz gut

Cons:

Absolut zu kleine Zimmer wir waren gesamt zu 6 im Hotel nur wir hatten ein Neueres das war zwar auch mini aber schön hell. Die andern Zimmer müssten für den Preis ganz klar erneuert werden. Frühstück war lecker aber Service… naja. Liegen am Pool absolut zu wenig und wenn dann oft von Gästen ohne ‚Armband‘ belegt was Keiner kontrolliert

Lovely hotel in beautiful location on the lake. Food in the restaurant was delicious! Comfy bed.

Cons:

Room bit small with not enough storage (nowhere to put our suitcases and not much shelving to unpack them) ... Although view of the lake was beautiful.

Very pretty views and lake access but too many rules

Lovely view over the lake from the room and very comfortable hotel with access lakeside and a pool

Cons:

The parking is tight and a delivery lorry reversed into my vehicle in the early morning and drove off without notifying the staff, but he was caught on the hotel cctv. The pool is quite small and it was too warm and quite sweaty, could possibly do with more filtration over night. Lots of rules about where you could and could not go and no food available to anyone without a booking.

Rude, unhelpful manager. We feel deceived by the booking.com description of the hotel and room.

The location on the lake was fantastic. The pool was also really great.

Cons:

We chose an apartment for our family. It was located in the Annexe of the hotel. However, nowhere on the booking.con documentation did it mention that the annexe was 10 minutes walk from the main site - situated away from all the facilities including the pool and restaurant. It required a significant walk up a hill. Totally inappropriate for a 75 year old and a 4 year old. The manager was incredibly rude - and refused to speak with us directly. Instead spoke to us through her receptionist and deputy (who were incredibly helpful and kind, just playing piggy in the middle) The definition of annexe is an attached or co-located building - not one 10 minutes walk away on a completely different site. I have never been treated so badly by any hotel anywhere in the world. The only saving grace is that eventually, after a stressful start to our holiday, they found us appropriately accommodation for 2/7 of our stay at the rate we originally paid. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend at all. Do not be deceived by the annexe - it is not an annexe. It is a nice apartment and very peaceful but it’s 10 minutes walk away (minimum) - no where near the facilities at the hotel.

Great stay and perfect location
Pros:

Great location and spectacular views! Breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect - outside of the hussle and bussle of Annecy, but close to the lake and amenities.

Cons:

Our room was smaller than expected - but manageable

Skønt sted. Værd at besøge. Husk at få morgenmaden med.
Pros:

Meget lækre omgivelser. Især terrasse og pool var lækkert. God afstand til byen og med vandsport lige nedenfor. Morgenmadsbuffeten var meget lækkert med bl.a frisk-kværnet nøddessmør, friskpresset appelsin-juice mm.

Cons:

Personalet i receptionen var ikke så løsningsorienterede. Det var ikke muligt at få rigtig espresso til morgenmaden. Det var udelukkende automat kaffe eller en stor kande filterkaffe.

The hotel is pretty old and inconvenient, but overall the stay was good
Pros:

Lake view. Good location. Nice sweeping pool and good for kids.

Cons:

There was no sink in the toilet on the first floor. So when you need to wash your hands you have to go upstairs. No toilet upstairs so need to go downstairs from the bedroom. So the room is not well designed.

Tolles Hotel, wenn die alten Zimmer modernisiert werden.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schöner Ausblick!

Cons:

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, leider trotz sehr früher Buchung und moderner Fotos ein Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels erhalten. Das war schade!
