Comfortable stay but room for improvement
Pros:

Clean, modern rooms with easy pool access.

Decent location with cafés and restaurants within walking distance.

Monday night market directly opposite the hotel.

Overall a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The pool was often dirty with leaves and bugs and could be better maintained.

Small gym with very limited equipment.

Breakfast was average, with fewer choices on quieter days.

Free bicycles were old, uncomfortable and in need of replacement.

Overall, the hotel lacked the little touches and atmosphere that would make us want to return. We'd likely choose somewhere else next time.

la réception une seule fois bonjour à l'arrivée,jamais un sourire, personne pour t'accueillir et t'aide pour les bagages, la médiocrité du petit déjeuner le vendredi matin peu de choix pas de 2 fruit yaourt peu de choix ,mieux le samedi matin, 2 nuits je suis sortie fumer 4het 5h du matin personne à la réception, pas de gardien, pas carte sécurisé pour l'ascenseur jamais vu ça en Thaïlande, toutes les prises de courant ont du jeu. Pas facile pour recharger les portables, pas de tapis anti dérapant dans les douches ,que des chambres à 2 lits malgré un hôtel vide plus jamais ne mérite pas du tout 4 étoiles peu de personnels .à part le portier et le personnel du petit déjeuner, souriant. hâte quitter l'établissement le samedi à 8h30 .mon épouse thai n'a jamais vu ça non plus. ????? hôtel injoignable par mobile et par mail. plusieurs séjours dans cette ville aller à côté. prestation de services médiocre.

Pros:

Very quiet and nice location just beside Mekong river. The rooms are very nice with aircon, comfortable beds, tv, we had balcony with amazing river view, breakfast was very good, the Staff super friendly.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss in guter Lage . Das Hotel war sauber und die Zimmer renoviert .
Aber für mich als zweiundachtzig jähriger war das Hotel ungeeignet . Man muß über viele Treppen steigen . Auch gibt es
zum tiefliegenden Parkplatz keinen Lift .
Das Hotel ist nur für jüngere Gäste geeignet .

Cons:

Lift über alle Stockwerke .
