10/10 Location 10/10 Property - Struggle to find better
Pros:

Incredible location, secured parking spaces out the front of the property. The location is one street back from the main road in Franschhoek which is exactly where you want to be (we have visited Franschhoek around 10x)

Cons:

A fridge in the room would be great, but that is being very picky!!!

Pros:

Everything was fine. The only problem we had were the stairs. We specifically sent a message requesting a ground floor room as my husband had just had his knee replaced. We were told that it would be arranged. But on arriving we were told that we were to go upstairs and you were fully booked. Disappointed!

A wonderful hotel with all the right touches in a fantastic location.
Pros:

You are given a lovely welcome and tour of the facility. Great suggestion about restaurants nearby. Their location is perfect. Just a short walk to to the centre of town. They are super helpful and so accommodating. It is a just ask us culture and we will do our best to accommodate. There is a spa on site where we enjoyed massages. The breakfast was lovely and the entire experience was peaceful.

Cons:

We moved rooms in the middle of our stay at their request. It was sold and an upgrade, but they clearly needed our room for other guests, and we did not mind. I did not mind either room, however the first one was more to my liking. It had a separate toilet in the bathroom, which is a huge plus and the beds were more comfortable. We lost the bench ottoman at the bottom of the bed, which was a nice to have, and we had nobody staying on either side of us or above us. The new room had a bigger pool which was nice.

Great stay in Franchoek at this small hotel specialising in the personal touch
Pros:

Very well appointed in terms of walking in and around Franchoek. My husband has mobility issues but could manage most of the steps and levels here. We had a large room with its own dip pool and patio. Lovely. The communal swimming pool is large enough for excercise too!

Cons:

Nothing to criticise regarding this hotel. The staff could not be more helpful and the breakfast was great
