Great stay, responsive host, only very minor faults
Pros:

Spacious, clean, great kitchen, dishwasher, comfy beds & seating, good views, opening windows- great in the heat. Snooker room. Private parking

Cons:

Light bulb missing from one bedside light. Microwave a bit high for short people(me) to reach safely. No freezer compartment in fridge

Good value for money, but wouldnt class as luxury accommodation

Cons:

Under renovation still, wouldn’t class as luxury.
Unfortunately the oven hadn’t been cleaned since the last user, I had to clean it before using, the dishwasher had dirty items in it

Very satisfied, exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Cleanliness throughout, comfortable bed, new and extensive kitchen equipment and utensils, peace and quiet, good base for Wasdale and Eskdale, immediate response from Lewis when I had difficulty managing the key box (my incompetence).

Cons:

Curtains were difficult to draw (higher quality rails are needed for floor length curtains and high ceiling), cracked window pane should have been replaced, refrigerator was initially set at highest setting and froze my milk first night. But these are minor niggles in comparison to the good things.
