It was good for our purpose. You go to NY to walk around and go to the hotel to rest and it's great for that

Great would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Was on the 2nd floor and it was quite loud outside our door. I believe there was a housekeeping closet close by.

Pros:

Rooms were nice and spacious, bed was firmer than I like but not horrible, breakfast was good, lots of options and replenished regularly, lobby was clean and modern, staff was super friendly and helpful, location was excellent.

Cons:

It took 15 minutes for the shower to get hot. The water in the bathroom was not drinkable. It was milky, cloudy white. There seemed to be mold or some kind of stain on the bathroom wall.

Confortable y cómodo hotel a pasos de Time Square!

La ubicación fantástica. A dos minutos andando de Times Square.El trato amable del personal, incluso nos hablaron en español al notar nuestro acento!. Nos encantó el delicioso chocolate caliente en el lobby! Microondas en la habitación, lo cual es muy práctico.Estuvimos solo una noche, pero llegamos un día lluvioso y frio y fue relajante llegar a un sitio agradable, relajarse con chocolate caliente y tener todo cerca para pasear.

Cons:

Todo bien.El baño pequeño, pero la habitación resultaba agradable y limpia.El desayuno no muy abundante, pero suficiente.
