Very rude older man on reception, made me feel most unwelcome. Bed sheets gad holes in them, curtains hanging off the rail, door missing on wardrobe, toilet bowl never seen a brush, windows grimy. Not at all as expected.

Like the staff but not hotel... hotel was dirty ..no ventilation ... no proper hygiene... bedsheet have marks everywhere... no toiletries no towel.. nothing given... 3500 for one night is a large amount

Hotel denied stay even after have paid in advance. Highly disappointed with Booking.com. second time in a row that I booked through Booking.com and reservation was denied by the hotel. There seems to be no credibility of Booking.com reservation

The night shift staff and manager were rude. They don't even use a fresh bedsheet; only the towels are fresh. When I complained, the staff argued with me. I changed 3 rooms in 1 day, and the same problem occurred in every room. Non-functional Geysers, fans, exhaust fans, and door mats are not clean, and the rooms are unhygienic
