Plz don’t take extra money if customers came before tym and don’t charge extra money if bus late

Hot water is not comming properly ☹️ extra charge for before checking,check out is on tym is ur bus is late u have to pay more than u expect u have to live that place on tym it’s ur look out is ur bus is late 😔 this is not expected little disappointed,and all bus are late night so u can’t do any thing u have to check out on tym and plz don’t charged for heater bcs there is so much cold bcs of that m sick
