location was very good but noise was non stop until 330 am. Don't plan on sleeping before then. Room size was ok.
Staff made No effort to switch me to the quite side of the Hotel. I was there for 2 weeks yet they could not manage to get switch my room as I requested. They made no effort whatsoever. Entrance was torn up on 2nd road making the basement parking a better option. Restaurant in front of hotel. Constant hassle from girls on 13/1 for massage but that is normal for the area. 5 out of 5 only.
They made me check out of the same room and then check into it again.. it made absolutely no sense whatsoever. They really need to overhaul their protocol
Location is close to beach and shopping. Restaurant offers Thai and Italian cuisine at reasonable prices.
The included breakfast was kid size and did not include a cup of coffee. The bathroom aged, no shower screen or curtain. No bedside lamps.

The staff were overall nice, especially Niddy. The night lady was a little strange in my opinion.
The location is pretty good, as you're basically right in the middle of everything. A little more effort to get to Pattaya Klang Market and Soi 6 though.
VERY many things. I booked a better room, but this room was definitely smaller than the advertised size. They said that since it's a King bed and not a Queen bed, that makes up for it. I also assumed I was getting a room that was basically not in front of the front door, but I was wrong.
The windows are single-paned and I pretty much faced the street, so it was always very noisy. You definitely need earplugs if you're facing the street.
The placement of the a/c directly above the bed isn't good because cold air blows in your face and you can catch a cold.
They should install shower curtains at least so that the whole bathroom doesn't get wet when showering.
The curtains are trash. They hardly block out any light at all. Definitely bring a blindfold!
If your'e staying near the elevator, you're going to hear the elevator bell 24/7.
The cleaning ladies were almost always grumpy. They're over-worked.
The nail in the coffin was when I was accused of having stained sheets when I came back at around 2:30am The night lady wanted me to pay the 250 baht fee right away, but I stood my ground and said it wasn't my room. Also, the sheets aren't shown directly to you; only through a picture, so how can you know for sure it's your problem? I wanted to take care of it in the morning and turns out the cleaning ladies wrote the wrong room number on the picture. They definitely have to be more careful about this. It was my last night and I was trying to enjoy it.
Oh the other thing is how things are run here. Everyone works through pictures and emails or whatever. There are no phones in the room. When your room is cleaned, the cleaning ladies take a picture and send it to the Reception. Another example is if the engineer comes to fix something in your room (in my case, there was a toilet seat problem, so he had to come on two consecutive days), he takes a picture to log it.
