Great location, clean, fair price for an overnight stay that’s near airport
Pros:

Excellent location. We need a 20hr stay that’s close to the airport and restaurants - this place was 25mins walk from airport to accommodation, 5mins walk to convenient stores, shopping mall and good restaurants. Excellent security onsite and they were very friendly and helpful. Easy self check in and check out process. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

Apartment was a little run down but we didn’t care as it was clean and tidy. Only one small roll of toilet paper was provided (but host was very responsive and provided more when contacted).

Worst experience ever- deceptive host focussed on profit, tiny and dirty unit

Location close to the airport, shower hot, good a/c, main bed ok

Cons:

I was sure i had cancelled this through booking.com around a month before our arrival, but apparently not. Requested to cancel 13d before arrival (after i had been charged) as plans changed and would only be in Manila 1 night. Host refused. Requested to reduce to 1 night, host refused stating not their policy. Host was not there at the time we said we would arrive and we had to wait 20 mins at security gates while security guards (who were really nice and helpful) worked out where we were staying and let us in. Wifi in unit did not work and they did not fix, the additional beds for our family of 6 were mattresses on the floor. Apartment was small, tiny bathroom, and plenty of small cockroaches in the kitchen. Messaged the host on departure to ask where to leave the keys and they acted surprised that we were leaving. Then spoke with her and she said she would put in as a no show so we would get a refund. Got 1000psp back off a 21000psp booking. She said if it rebooked she would refund us more. It did rebook and we were offered a 1500psp credit for the 'next time we stay'. When i pointed out that was no use to us as we wouldn't stay there again, and that they had profited much more than our original 21,000psp booking the host stopped all communication.

War eigentlich ganz gut außer man musst es auf der Seite hinschwinden das man paar Sachen von daheim was mitbringen muss

Das man auf dem Balkon nicht sitzen kann gab’s keine Stühle ,und die Tür ging ganz schlecht auf von Balkontür .toilette war gleich verstopft.

Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

The place was clean. Unlike other BNB’s we stayed in around the area, we did not see cockroaches. It’s also near NAIA 3 which was the main we booked the place. The owner was also very accommodating. The housekeeper was also very polite and quick.

Cons:

The place was a bit smaller than expected because there was supposed to be 7 of us but 2 cancelled so it was fine. Not all the beds were prepared when we got there but after I called the owner, the housekeeper was there in a few minutes to prepare everything.
We couldn’t lock the balcony door and there were spaces between the wall and the window sill which in my opinion makes it a bit harder to keep the room cool. Plus the possibility of insects coming in.
