Pros:

ホテル全体が綺麗だった。
部屋が他のホテルより広かった。
洗濯機のトラブルにすぐ対応してくれた。

Cons:

タクシーを呼びたかったが,対応してもらえるか分からず、自分達で路上で捕まえた。

Pros:

清掃をお願いしなくてもタオル等を入口に置いてくれたこと

Cons:

従業員の愛想が無いことと、部屋に宿泊者以外短時間でも入れないこと（防犯の面から考えると仕方ないかもですが）

価格は大満足です。
Pros:

部屋が広くて清潔でした。アメニティーも必要なものだけを選ぶ方式はいいと思います。

Cons:

朝食は、和と洋からの選択でした。チェックインの時に示された各朝食の写真の和朝食の1品に焼いた鮭がありました。翌朝提供された和朝食には、焼いた鯖がのっていました。鯖アレルギーがあるので食べられませんでした。選択の際の写真の工夫をお願いしたいと思います。

A classic, but a bit old hotel
Pros:

The staff it's friendly and it's close to the station. The have an amenities bar which is more convenient to use in my case.

Cons:

Since it's an old hotel, some appliances are old, like the bidet function at the toilet which was a bit uncomfortable. Also the bed was very hard and the pillow too thin.
