They are dishonest. they took my reservetaion, then never replied my messages, listed me as no show
False advertising about the location, it’s not the gps location given. It’s actually called Casillda Munnar and it’s in Anachal on the big road. It also wasn’t clean. very overpriced.
The staff were very kind, I was only staying the 1 night before moving somewhere else close by so I didn’t bother complaining about the cleanliness. They kindly gave me a free moped ride to my hotel close by the next morning.
False advertising about the location, it’s not the gps location given. It’s actually called Casillda Munnar and it’s in Anachal on the big road, not in quiet green location it seemed from their GPS location given, I ended up in the wrong place and my driver had to call with them to find where to go.
The room was not clean, the bathroom smelled and just from walking around 15min my feet were black. I doubt the bedsheets were fresh, there was hair on one of the pillows and the decorative pillow were dirty.
It was severely overpriced, I payed 3000 rupee total for just a private room, no balcony, roadside. Even for the national holiday weekend that was a very steep price, the place I went to the next day 5 minutes away which was much nicer and quieter had similar rooms with balcony for 2500 on the same date (but were fully booked).

It is a safe place to stay for traveling with family. It is a place where you can have a peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Very budgeted and friendly home stay, nice location. Located Munnar road Anachal.. Staff was good nice hospitality value of money..
