Pros:

The host was amazing. Cleaned the kitchen and bathroom daily. Also Helped us with laundry which was not necessary but much appreciated. Highly recommend:)

Be aware of bed bugs
Pros:

The host was helpful with all requests and quick to respond. She is Russian speaking, knows some English
The room we stayed in was nothing special but had plenty of storage space and very good aircon. The en suite room is a lot better though than the standard room
The kitchen was very good. Clean, spacious, plenty of equipment. Fridge was big enough
Location is excellent, less than 15 minute walk from the beach. Less than 10 mins from the nearest metro station, Maritim. A LOT of supermarkers nearby.
Shared bathroom was kept very clean by the host
Host provided clean towels whenever requested, and even offered free use of large towels for the beach, and of umbrellas. She also offered us use of the washing machine if we wanted to wash our clothes
We did not have issues with noise, I think the walls are good, also the neighbour we had was not noisy. No outside noise as there is no parties/clubs/bars etc immediately next to the building
There is an elevator. You need to push open a second door when exiting the lift

UPDATE - the host has responded repeating the claim that the bed bug was actually an insect that had flown in. This was definitely not the case, and she knows that it was not the case. This makes me think that she has not called an expert to kill the bed bugs. I've adjusted the review score accordingly. I would caution anyone who chooses to stay here due to the risk that you will bring beg bugs back with you (as we almost did).

Cons:

The only big issue was that we found bedbugs. This was found 4 days in, when we noticed there were two mattresses on top of each other and had a look. The bedbug was under the cover. We found a second bedbug (dead) in a shirt upon going home - luckily we had steamed all of our clothes whilst in Valencia at a nearby dry cleaner a day before leaving, so hopefully we didn't bring any home with us (alive).
Anyway, we alerted the host about the insect, who quickly killed the bug with her hands and said it was a midge, and there was no chance of there being bedbugs at the property, as all the mattresses had been changed 2 weeks ago (I wonder why...). However, we had already taken pictures of the bug and showed them to her. After seeing the photos, she said she would order a company to come and kill the bugs. And she offered us to move rooms once one became available, which we did 2 days later.
This bedbug issue did kind of ruin the stay for us as we were concerned about bringing them home and infecting our house with them - they're very irritating creatures, after all. One of us was also bitten a number of times. I hope the issue has been dealt with.
Other comments:
The bed/mattresses in the room we stayed in for the first 6 nights was very uncomfortable. The bed in the en suite (1 night) was good.
View from the first room was of the inside of the building, not great, a little depressing. View from the en suite room is better
Lights turned off very quickly in the building's corridoor (not the host's fault)
One of the rooms is right next to the kitchen - it's a small room with minimal light, and the window is a view of the kitchen balcony, so you have no real privacy, as people eating or doing their laundry can easily see into the room. I would recommend not staying in this room, the other 3 rooms are all better. One lady who was in this room left early because of the aforementioned reasons
