The room was very dirty and also the room was very small. ıt was very bad smells in the room.We stayed in 5 nights in there and there was any cleaning up during our vacation, additionaly the bed was not comfortable, there was nobody can not reach out.

The door not open and I have proof from next door hotel and they give me a room for £73

I can’t open the door and it’s not only me the lady she can’t open the doors and me , I need my money back because I pay for the new room next door £73 so I went my money back

Cons:

I can’t open the door no one help me for 1 hour I have to go book new hotel for £73 so I need my money back or I’m not going to use this anymore

Wouldn't recommend for a long term holiday like a week or 2.
Pros:

No clear room number when booked. Asked on what's app never got back in contact. Had to try door code on doors in end until I found my room. In the room tv no remote couldn't use it just sat looking at net flix screen with no way to turn it off or over. Smoke alarm missing in room so if a fire 🔥 you wouldn't hear it if hard of hearing. Broken window aswell as supplying a kettle but yet use a sink to fill it up that is too small so have to use the shower. Poorly decorated throughout looks as if a 3yr old has painted the place. Lack of information especially with no staff to help and send a query on what's app during the time frame and still go no answer. Reminds me of temporary shared accommodation to be honest and not somewhere I'd want to spend more than 1 night maybe 2 but definitely wouldn't want to stay longer than this.

The bathroom and room are quite small, but I think that's normal in London. 😊
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast included, the location is central so it's an advantage.

Cons:

The bed sheets seemed clean but there were hairs. The walls of the room were a little dirty and the entrance door was probably splattered with tea. But the price-quality ratio is balanced, so a pleasant stay.
