A lovely stay. I’d recommend this hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is well located in Funchal and extremely clean. Complementary wine, snacks and water were nice touches. Beautiful sea view from the balcony.

We enjoyed it, we had a good time and location is a five star!!
Pros:

Location is very convenient, minutes walk to Funchal centre and Lido- places and restaurants. Good value for money. Many choices for breakfast, very filling and Fatima is a superwoman working by herself in the restaurant during breakfasts. A very kind woman and accommodating. We appreciated that the staff prepared a wine, nibbles and a cake when we arrived as we are celebrating my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, thank you! Quick to respond on line when we have queries. Clean room, clean towels. Our room is an apartment so we had a good room space. Pool is heated.

Cons:

It is not that we don’t like but the car park space is a bit tight but manageable.

Fast Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit äußerst nettem und hilfsbereiten Personal.
Das beste Frühstück in unserem 3-wöchigen Urlaub in 7 Hotels.
Der Pool und Whirlpool war auch sehr gut temperiert.
Beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir gerne länger.

Cons:

Aktuell finden Renovierungen im 4. und 5. Stock (Poolbereich) statt, auch direkt neben unserem Zimmer, was beim Mittagsschlaf von unserem Baby nicht so toll war.
Die Klimaanlage hätte besser funktionieren können, wir haben dann abends das Fenster aufgemacht, könnte aber im Sommer zum Problem werden.
Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng.

Pros:

The staff is super kind, always with a smile.
The breakfast is excellent, with delicious and tasty local products.
The room was comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

Just a few things on the facilities are a little worn out but nothing that would make us uncomfortable.

Pros:

Excelente localização! Limpeza! Sossego. Simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Poucas tomadas de electricidade disponíveis no quarto. Hoje em dia com os dispositivos electrónicos é necessário mais tomadas e colocadas com lógica.

Pokój czysty i duży.
Dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Niestety parking trzeba wcześniej rezerwować. My się nie załapaliśmy. Hotel z widokiem na ulicę, basen na dachu pozostawia trochę do życzenia.
