Clean comfortable friendly stay!
Pros:

Clean comfortable stay. Great location just outside Funchal main centre (approx 15 mins walk) pool facilities are good and there is parking in the basement - let them know in plenty of time that you need a space. Staff are friendly and breakfast is great.

Cons:

The balconies face the road which is quite loud. However the roof terrace with the pool is peaceful and quiet (there is a ‘honesty’ bar on rooftop also where you can buy alcohol)

Gutes Hotel mit ein paar defiziten

Cons:

Ich hatte im Vorfeld einen parkplatz beim Hotel reserviert als wir ankahmen wurde uns gesagt das alle parkplätze vergeben waren. Anscheinend ist die reservierung verlohren gegangen. Die Reaktion des Personals fand ich unangemessen keine Entschuldigung nichts eher die Aussage es ist schon alles reserviert da können wir nichts machen. Ich habe eine ernsthaften Versucht vermisst eine Lösung zu finden. Darüber hinaus wäre die garege sehr enge gewesen. Mussten schlussendlich an der straße parken wo die parksituation eher schwierig ist

Der frühstücksraum befindet sich im Keller und hat eher das Ambiente einer Bahnhofshalle obwohl das frühstück selbst sehr gut ist

Очень хороший завтрак за 12 евро, бассейн с видом на океан и достаточно теплой водой.
Балкон с видом на океан.
Есть небольшая кухня с посудой.
Кондиционер очень хорошо работал и очень хороший напор воды.

Cons:

Все номера выходят на достаточно шумную улицу и невозможно спать с открытым окном...
но окна двойные и когда закрыты ничего не слышно с улицы.

Pros:

piscine et jaccuzi sur le toit super et calme de l'hôtel et panier d'accueil à l'arrivée très agréable

Cons:

Le sauna payant alors que ce n'était pas précisé.
Il y avait bien un parking mais il fallait le réserver et payer / Et évidemment plus de places. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel c'est booking qui indique pas suffisamment les détails qui fâchent pour attirer les clients.

Prima Hotel in Funchal
Pros:

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage in Funchal. Das Frühstück ist eine Wucht. Besser gegessen haben wir selten. Besonders die frisch bestellbaren Gerichte waren super. Das Restaurant unten im Hotel bereitet auch prima Abendessen zu. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Liegen zum Sonnen. Leider war es sehr kalt, als wir dort waren.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage kann nicht heizen. Wir konnten also überhaupt nicht heizen und brauchten eine zweite Bettdecke. Die Parkhauszufahrt ist wie der gesamte Verkehr in Funchal mehr als abenteuerlich - mit unserem gemieteten Mittelklasse-SUV geriet jeder Parkversuch zu einer Geduldsprobe. Morgens konnten wir das Parkhaus teilweise kaum verlassen, weil die Nachbarn auf der schmalen Privatstraße parkten.

Pros:

L'équipement est bon, la propreté est parfaite dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel. L'hôtel compte peu de chambre ce qui rend l'expérience calme et agréable car peu de va et vient.
Balcon vu mer.

Cons:

Nous avons été incommodé par le bruit de moteur de la piscine placé à l'étage au dessus de nous. Ce bourdonnement sur la durée du séjour est devenu une gêne et ne favorise pas un bon sommeil.
Nous avons eu des difficultés à nous faire comprendre à la réception, le monsieur n'a pas vraiment cherché à faire d'effort pour ce faire comprendre facilement. Soit portugais, soit anglais, pas un mot en français. Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'accueil au check-in.
Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas correctement.
Le parking privé est très petit et difficile d'accès, réservé au petite voiture seulement.

Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä ja monipuolinen. Monien kehuma kuohuviini ei ollut kovinkaan kummoista.

A lovely stay. I’d recommend this hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is well located in Funchal and extremely clean. Complementary wine, snacks and water were nice touches. Beautiful sea view from the balcony.
