we come always for the IAW and i will come back.
Pros:

nice gym and sauna. a pelaton and a cold plunge would be a great addition though (hint, hint). breakfast is always solid - great croissants - good choices. the room is spacious and nice.

Cons:

the housekeeper in the room was pretty lousy. 2 of the pump bottles were broken and i took them out -- they were never replaced. water not replaced - they just left the "free hangtags" out there. i had to get water delivered the first night as it was missing as well. nothing put away or cleaned properly. the omelette lady was really stressed out and had only like 3 things to make the omelets with which is odd (no onion, peppers, etc). reception was very good.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sie Ausstattung war gut, ich war zur Gamescom dort.

Dafür war es perfekt. Es liegt auch so ziemlich zentral und ist gut zu erreichen. Das Empfangspersonal war sehr freundlich und auch eine etwas verfrühte Ankunft unsererseits war kein Problem.

Freundliches Personal, Gute Lage, Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück für Vegetarier

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer (Superior mit Gartenblick) ließen sich die Schranktüren nicht mehr richtig schließen, sodaß das die ganze Nacht über (Tagsüber auch, solange die Karte eingsteckt) unser Zimmer beleuchtet wurde. Hinzu kommt das die Schranktüren stark verkratzt sind und somit abgeranzt aussehen. Unschön!
Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar, waren mit dem Andrang Abends teilweise überfordert.
