Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Staff was very kind and helpful, room was spacious,and clean,bed comfortable ,TV had netflix and the location was convenient. I'd recommend to stay here :)

The stuff was very helpful, the room-cleaning every day! I did really feel like a queen, staying at the Queen’s suite ^_^
The doors closed at night and I didn’t realise there was a doorbell, so once couldn’t get home — but some other guests came and showed me how to get inside))
