Pros:

El sitio es precioso. Está en una calle super tranquila, pero a 2 minutos del centro. La piscina genial, los bungalow super cómodos, especialmente la cama.
Pero lo mejor fue el personal: super atentos y amables. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas cuando hicimos el check out e incluso ducharnos al ir a recogerlas. Todo genial!

Habitaciones muy amplias y camas muy cómodas.
La piscina estupenda.
El desayuno, no era buffet, pero era bastante aceptable.
Estaba en el centro.

Cons:

Las habitaciones de abajo mucha humedad.
El recinto de la piscina un poco dejado. Hamacas rotas o muy sucias.

Un alojamiento increíble en Tam Coc. La familia que lo lleva es súper amable, atenta y servicial; nos ayudaron en todo momento con cualquier cosa que necesitábamos.

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, cómodas y cuidadas, con aire acondicionado, y la piscina es chulísima. El entorno es precioso y perfecto para relajarse. Además, el desayuno estaba muy bueno.

Sin duda, uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado en nuestra vida. Recomendable al 100 %. Si volvemos a Tam Coc, repetiremos seguro. ❤️

Petit hôtel sympa légèrement en retrait du bruit du centre
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le positionnement de l'hôtel près du centre ville mais légèrement en retrait au calme.
Lors de mon départ j'ai oublié mon appareil photo dans un magasin le personnel de l'hôtel l'a récupéré et me l'a envoyé a mon prochain hôtel

Un séjour simple et agréable dans un hôtel familial, avec un personnel adorable. Je le recommande !
Pros:

Personnel très gentil et hôtel familial, simple et accueillant. J’avais signalé l’anniversaire de ma fille et la chambre était joliment décorée avec des ballons, une très belle attention !
La piscine est agréable et le petit-déjeuner, préparé à la minute, était excellent. Nous avons aussi pu louer des vélos directement à l’hôtel. Très bien situé. Une adresse que je recommande !

Pros:

L’établissement est situé au calme dans une rue en retrait et à min du centre .
Possibilité de louer des vélos et scooter.
La piscine est super, de bonne taille. C’est un lieu agréable et plein de charme. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je recommande

One of our favorite stays ever — amazing staff, incredible breakfast, perfect value, and a place we would return to Ninh
Pros:

This is honestly one of my favorite places we have ever stayed while traveling. We loved absolutely everything about it — the accommodations, the staff, the atmosphere, the location, and especially the price. It felt like such an incredible value.

The breakfast is easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The omelets, fresh fruit, and coffee were all delicious, and it was something I genuinely looked forward to every morning.

The staff were wonderful and made everything so easy for us. They offer laundry service, and we also rented our motorbikes directly through them, which was incredibly convenient. We ended up loving Ninh Binh so much that we stayed in the area for 17 days, and we actually came back and stayed here a second time.

I would 100% stay here again. Honestly, I would go back to Ninh Binh just to stay at Tam Coc Summer Bungalow again.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. I truly cannot think of anything I would change about our stay.

Very nice homestay with good communication.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and everything was very nice and clean. They were really helpful with our kids and renting out bikes.

Cons:

Our room and bathroom was a little bit small, but that's the only thing that we can say about this stay. It was very nice.

Pros:

Está bien ubicado aunque hay que acceder por un callejón con mala visibilidad y está mal señalizado.
El desayuno está bien.

Cons:

Olía a humedad en la habitación, era muy desagradable. No cambiaron las sábanas ni las toallas, que además necesitan renovarse urgentemente.
Para acceder al alojamiento el único camino posible era atravesando un charco profundo (agua hasta los tobillos).
Fueron muy lentos preparando el desayuno (45 minutos de espera sin otros clientes). El último día no pudimos comerlo porque se nos hacía tarde y ya estaba el conductor esperando).

La piscina es genial. Habitación amplia. Baño estilo asiático sin separación entre ducha y aseo. Muy limpio y grande. Lo mejor la piscina y la ubicación. Por el precio muy buena relación calidad precio
