Helpful staff and good value for money
Pros:

I stayed at ACK Guest House for one week and appreciated that it offers good value for money. The location is very convenient, being close to my training venue. Although the hotel is old, it is clean and well maintained. The staff at the reception were very helpful and always went the extra mile whenever I needed assistance. I especially liked the shower, it was hot and powerful.

Cons:

What I didn’t like: The housekeeping missed clearing the tissues from the bathroom, so I found tissues left by the previous guest when I arrived. The safety box is very old and not user-friendly; I tried to get it maintained, but it was not successful.

The stay was good.
Pros:

I was eating breakfast at the venue of my workshop.

Cons:

Water in the shower was not hot it was just warm. I think you should also provide some shower caps.

The Guest House should notify the guests that they will be paying for their own transport on arrival from the airport.

Pros:

Amabilidad de todo el personal, de recepción y habitaciones. Te ayudan en todo lo que pueden, aunque nadie habla español. Los jardines y la limpieza de la habitación. Hacen la cama y cambian la toalla a diario.
Buena relación calidad-precio, a pesar de los defectos.

Cons:

La ubicación no es céntrica esta situado a unos 2 kms. del centro de la ciudad, en Kilimani, una zona de buen nivel, pero a media hora a pie del centro, por ejemplo del Ayuntamiento o el Masai market, por aceras en obras y atascos de tráfico.
Desayuno escaso y poco variado.
Sólo funciona el wifi en la recepción.
Instalaciones algo anticuadas, se trata de una Iglesia Anglicana
