Good location. Room nice and clean, comfy bed and good TV and tea facilities.

Cons:

Shower leaked badly floor soaked after showering. Noisy family with young children stomping about from 7am in the morning no consideration for other guests but this is not a fault of the proprietor. Unfortunately some people do not consider other guests.

We really liked the way the room had recently been refurbished in a nice simple but attractive style.
It was clean and we loved the fact that no dogs were allowed to stay there. It was very quiet.

Cons:

Being January and cold wet weather we had hoped to check into a nice warm room. It was really cold and we had to turn the radiator on. It took a long time to warm the room. The bathroom was also cold and we couldn't find a way to turn the towel radiator rail on. This made showing quite unpleasant in winter. The mattresses on the two single beds were rather uncomfortable and could be greatly improved with a mattress topper?
