Pros:

Room and all the premises are super clean, personel was friendly and helpful. Hotel is well maintained, is decorated with very good taste, bed were amazingly confortable . Made our visit , a great visit.

The staff was not friendly, they never cleaned our room even when requested.

The property itself self was ok.

Cons:

There was not enough staff on hand. They didn’t clean our room even when requested. There was not enough towels even when asked they never brought them. The pool was nice but also hard to get pool towels.
