Pros:

We booked 3 rooms you confirmed them , when we arrived by taxi they had let the 3 rooms to someone else.
We spent 3 hours searching for alternative accomodation

Horrible Experience!

I paid ₹5,500 cash for a deluxe room 104 for 1 night, not knowing that I was given a room with a defected Air Conditioner as it stopped working at night and wouldn't come on. I couldn't even sleep because due to lack of oxygen in a claustrophobic room with no windows for any ventilation. The next morning when I was checking out, I demanded a refund because this kind of standard is not acceptable. The staff at the reception were also rude and difficult because they didn't want to refund me. After a lot of convincing from my side they paid me ₹2,500 back and when I said 'Thanks' I was ignored. Horrible! Experience.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, behaving as though they owned the place rather than assisting guests. Before arrival, I was contacted and asked to pay 50% of the booking amount in advance, despite there being no such mention on Booking.com. I was also told that failure to pay this amount would result in my reservation being cancelled. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff refused to answer our queries properly and offered no clarification. Additionally, they did not accept card payments and had unclear policies regarding card payments for bookings, even for booking amounts above ₹10,000. The overall experience was frustrating and poorly managed. I would not recommend this hotel based on the service and lack of transparency.

The property is exactly in the sea shore, people will love the view and happy place to spend

Book only if the price is 3k max. Anything beyond that is not worth it.
Pros:

The location is great. It’s right on the beach. However, it is of no use in the monsoon.

Cons:

If you don’t take the beach rooms, there’s no view at all and it’s completely claustrophobic. It’s not maintained as well as we’d like it to be. Splattered walls and sheets. The food is below average.
Booked for our first day on a long weekend. The prices were inflated. Paid 6k. Not worth it at all.

Pros:

Food is Amazing at reasonable price. Best food I ever had in Goa. Staff was welcoming. Room with sea is really good. Very clean and Hygenic

Cons:

Steps were really high while entering and there should be someone to handle the luggage of tourists.
In the night there were 2 cockroaches. If someone is scared of cockroach then it's not a good place. I'm happy because we are not scared 😄
There are no chairs to sit near beach and it was dirty
