Very bad experience.
Pros:

Only location is excellent.

Cons:

Services was very poor. Staff was arrogant. If you ask for water bottle within there 3 hrs break in afternoon you will not get it. They say if we ask for food they will provide but even getting milk also you have to wait atlest for 1 hour. If you have a kid don't book this property.

My experiance for this stay was not good, the people were nice the service was also good the beach is very near. But the room which we stayed is full of ants and the bathroom was also smelling , may be because of the spray they have sprayed.

We had a pleasant stay at Aqua Beach Stays. The location is convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we appreciated the warm hospitality shown by the team.

The property offers good value for money and provided a relaxing base for our stay in Goa.

Cons:

Some furnishings, especially the carpet, need refurbishment. Addressing this would further enhance the overall guest experience.

The property people are fraud. Firstly, they accept the bookings and when we reach there. They are saying that i need to do the payments (50%) before my arrival. They said they have sent me messages which is completely untrue! I also said i am ready to do the payment right away because i was already in goa but they denied it.

Location is quiet and perfect
Rooms in front are best. Only drawback is they don’t accept card payments which is weird for a hotel this size

Wonderful Stay at Ashwem !
Pros:

The property is exceptionally located in Ashwem beach and the views are breathtaking ! The location is fantastic and 30 mins away from Vagator Hill top. So you have your peace-serenity and some party as well. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The market is close by.. so meets all the requirements.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
