Pros:

The staff were as good or better than any location in the world. Loud music was a distraction but ended at 8 so not a biggy.

Food was good.........next time we will stay longer.

Nice looking hotel, but would not stay there again due to the noise
Pros:

Comfy bed & pillows. Breakfast was nice. Restaurant is lovely.

Cons:

The room was incredibly noisy at night due it being so close to the road. We were woken 5-6 times throughout the night by people walking past, loud cars, garbage trucks & then the birds in the morning. For such a nice hotel, it ruined the experience, they really should have double glazed window/doors to block more of the noise. The door handles for the rooms also do not move (by design) so you have to shove the door open, which is really loud, we were also woken by that in the middle of night from the room next door.

Very lux but need more parking and little more attention to details
Pros:

Rooms are very lux with beautiful bed linen and incredibly comfy pillows. Spacious shower. A complimentary welcome cocktail delivered to our room was a lovely touch. Byron Bay cookies delivered every night with a sleep well card.

Cons:

Room was quite noisy with music coming from the roof top bar and/or the restaurant downstairs. Also garbage truck noise. We got the last parking spot when we checked in but the garage was continually full the next three days and we had to park in the street. Parking in central Byron is metered and charges are quite steep. Towels were never changed while we were there which I thought was a bit odd.

Loved it, would highly reccomend. Great hotel, staff and location
Pros:

Massive rooms, great staff, awesome fitout, big balconies, turn down service, great pool area. Shout out to Rory in the kitchen. A fine young man

Cons:

A little bit more customer service in the dining room during happy hour.

Great stay, good location! Lush hotel
Pros:

Loved the room, and small touches like cocktail on arrival and the perfume/ cookies around supper! Super friendly and accommodating staff. Oyster bar is great too! Breakfast was delicious and big!

Overall a good stay at Marvell, with some areas needing to be improved.
Pros:

Breakfast, location, customer service.

Cons:

Cleanliness of rooms, dust in the rooms caused major flare up in my allergies and even my partner who doesn’t usually suffer. I will be making a note on future bookings regarding cleaning of dust prior to our stay.

Last day we noticed a lot of water coming in through our balcony wall which could have been waste water within the wall as there was no water on our balcony.

Tried contacting reception and WhatsApp service but had to wait a long time for responses with issues.

The perfect lux mini-escape in central Byron.
Pros:

Loved the interior styling - 5 stars for the low-tox Mukti bathroom products 👍🏻 Complimentary cocktail was delicious as was the breakfast. Central location & parking underneath. Perfect weekend escape ✨

Cons:

We do love a gym but could do without it for a couple of days! We also had a back room so woken by garbage trucks in back lane but that’s the pay off for the central location.

Great spot for a weekend in Byron
Pros:

Perfect location with great amenities such as the rooftop bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Pros:

Fantastic staff and location, large room, very clean, lovely pool. Unexpected: delicious welcoming cocktails in our room as well as a yummy bedtime treat in our room. Exceptional!
