Cons:

I phoned owner, for number of house, upon arrival in the road.. to be told he wasn't expecting me, even though I'd booked previous evening, he told me that the room I'd booked had not been cleaned from previous person. He said he was abroad and he asked if I'd still be ok to use room, I wasn't happy so he offered his bedroom, which was a double bed in the living room. I accepted this as had no other option. The bed had a creased sheet, no pillows or duvet... just cushions from the settee (which had no covers) and a throw folded at end of bed. Neither very hygienic. He advertises private parking but I had to park at end of the street. He advertises a living room with TV, patio to garden, but TV didn't work, and patio locked... other guests cannot use this room, as this is locked up as it is his bedroom. So overall, false advertising, unorganised and unhygienic... I would not recommend.

An eye opener. Let’s say old age - me met new age.

Cons:

More information of what and what not I was allowed to use. My booking was for room only but there was cooking facilities etc.

Terrible it’s wasn’t what I thought a air b&b should be like very dirty

Wasn’t allowed tv on after 9pm until 7am next day.i wasn’t allowed to eat anything in room but there was no where to eat my dinner as I couldn’t get in to the living room where the table was

It was just what I needed as a solo traveler. I felt comfortable and welcomed.
Pros:

Very clean, a friendly welcome by the owner and helpful.

Cons:

The bedroom could have done with a bedside table and lamp.

Very good and quiet
Pros:

Breakfast not included but a fully equipped kitchen available. Comfortable bed and good views. Host very helpful.

Cons:

Netflix tv ok but no terrestrial tv. No bedside light.
