Pros:

Posizione ottima, staff meraviglioso e super disponibile avevamo l'autobus alle 10 di sera e non hanno avuto problemi a tenerci i bagagli anche dopo il check out e a farci utilizzare la piscina e i bagni! Grazie davvero, lo consiglio a tutti!

Nice staff and location
Pros:

The accomodation was really well located, you can go walking pretty much everywhere in the town. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious for 2 people and it had a great value for the price.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been more clean. Unfortunately, we got a room that was facing the hostel next door, and it was really noisy. Sometimes they had the music till midnight which was a bit annoying. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it was uncomfortable for us.

A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Tam Coc with lovely, kind hosts
Pros:

Good location, super friendly/helpful owners, lovely clean pool area, good breakfast selection. Late checkout was given at a very reasonable rate. Bicycle and scooter rental very reasonable and convenient/flexible. Lovely outside terrace area.

Everything was great!

Pros:

少し大通りから入ったところにあるので、静かなところが良い。オーナー様はじめご家族の方たちがとても親切でフレンドリーです。そのため国境関係なく朝夕の挨拶をしてくれるお客さんばかりです。近くにthảo béoという安くて美味しいレストランもあり、大通りへも歩いて行けるので食事には困ることがありません。観光面でもタムコックには歩いて行ける距離で、チャンアンクルーズ、古都ホアルー、ケアムーブもホテルのレンタルバイクで行ける距離で便利です。

Pros:

Hôtel calme bien que proche de tout. Location de vélo et de scooter. Chambre très correcte, lumineuse. Bel ascenseur.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner médiocre. Du pain mais pas de beurre ou de confiture, café au lait sucré en stic.
Peut être envisager de le faire payant mais en l’améliorant énormément.
Important le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Loved our stay here! Hotel was so nice and not too far away from the Main Street. The owner made our experience as he was very friendly and chatted to us lots throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend and return if ever in Ninh Binh :)

Pros:

The room and the pool were really clean. The elevator was modern. But most of all the Host was one of the nicest people we‘ve ever met. He was helping us all the time. Would come back everytime.

If you don’t mind the loud hostel noise until 10:00or 10:30 pm, then this is a good place to stay

Very friendly staff. Great location

Cons:

This is not the hotel’s fault, but they are adjacent to a hostel and the hotel is very loud. Luckily, the partying ends before 11pm

A great stay, hosted by lovely people.
Pros:

It was exactly as described and the hotel manager was extremely nice, he was super friendly and helpful with everything. We managed to rent a moped from him which was very handy. Overall a great place to stay. Family run hotel in a great location!

Cons:

Everything was great really. At first the room did smell a bit musty and needed airing out. We also had breakfast included which I forgot about and there was no mention of so we didn’t actually get it.

Super emplacement. Calme et proche de tout.
L extérieur et la piscine sont des endroits très apaisants.
Les propriétaires sont adorables , nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit, ils avaient laissé la clé pour que nous puissions entrer .

Pros:

Very friendly host who was more than happy to help with recommendations, let us leave our luggage all day and sorted cheap onward travel for us. Always there for a chat and a cup of tea. Room was clean and AC worked well.
