Pros:

Hôtel calme bien que proche de tout. Location de vélo et de scooter. Chambre très correcte, lumineuse. Bel ascenseur.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner médiocre. Du pain mais pas de beurre ou de confiture, café au lait sucré en stic.
Peut être envisager de le faire payant mais en l’améliorant énormément.
Important le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Loved our stay here! Hotel was so nice and not too far away from the Main Street. The owner made our experience as he was very friendly and chatted to us lots throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend and return if ever in Ninh Binh :)

Pros:

The room and the pool were really clean. The elevator was modern. But most of all the Host was one of the nicest people we‘ve ever met. He was helping us all the time. Would come back everytime.

If you don’t mind the loud hostel noise until 10:00or 10:30 pm, then this is a good place to stay

Very friendly staff. Great location

Cons:

This is not the hotel’s fault, but they are adjacent to a hostel and the hotel is very loud. Luckily, the partying ends before 11pm

A great stay, hosted by lovely people.
Pros:

It was exactly as described and the hotel manager was extremely nice, he was super friendly and helpful with everything. We managed to rent a moped from him which was very handy. Overall a great place to stay. Family run hotel in a great location!

Cons:

Everything was great really. At first the room did smell a bit musty and needed airing out. We also had breakfast included which I forgot about and there was no mention of so we didn’t actually get it.

Pros:

Super emplacement. Calme et proche de tout.
L extérieur et la piscine sont des endroits très apaisants.
Les propriétaires sont adorables , nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit, ils avaient laissé la clé pour que nous puissions entrer .
Petit déjeuner complet.

Pros:

Very friendly host who was more than happy to help with recommendations, let us leave our luggage all day and sorted cheap onward travel for us. Always there for a chat and a cup of tea. Room was clean and AC worked well.

Great location and owner made our stay
Pros:

The owner was so friendly helping us plan our trip and rented us bikes from the hotel. Family room was perfect (no tv) and walking distance to town. Breakfast only ok and sits outside with flies but we didn’t mind that

המלון נמצא ברחוב שקט ונעים מרחק 10 דקות הליכה מהרחוב הראשי, אבל גם ברחוב של המלון יש בתי קפה ומסעדות. החדר גדול עם נוף ומקלחת מעולה, ויש אפילו מעלית! יש בריכה שנראת מדהים (לא נכנסתי כי היה קר בחוץ). בעל המקום נחמד ממש, אדיב ועוזר בכל דבר קטן. אפשר לשכור אופנוע ולעשות שם כביסה. ממליץ מאוד!

Pros:

Large room, comfortable and clean bed, elevator to each level, large and clean pool. The air conditioning worked very well (reverse cycle), hot shower was good. Breakfast was also good with a variety of fruits, eggs, noodles and rice etc. The host was very nice and recommended a lot of things in the surroundings. Our laundry was done express and very clean too. The hotel is not at the Main Street which is very good and quiet but still easy to navigate. Grab works well everywhere. There is a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner just a couple of houses away.

Pros:

First and foremost the friendly staff. Very helpful, open and made the stay like a second home.
Nice swimming pool, pool table. Organised trip was very good.
Would definitely come back to stay here.

Cons:

It was a shame that it rained, but then this is Vietnam in the rainy season.

L'albergo più accogliente e meglio attrezzato durante tutto il mio soggiorno in Vietnam. Viaggio in moto attraverso tante località, approdo a Tam Coc e l'accoglienza dello staff é eccellente. Lunghe chiaccherate con il proprietario, simpaticissimo e davvero disponibile. Mi ha offerto un tè di cui mi sono innamorato il Thai Nguyen. La piscina é fantastica e la stanza a me assegnata era molto grande e pulita. Situato in una viuzza tranquilla a Tam Coc vicinissimo a tutti le attrazioni. Parcheggio moto gratuito. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Wish we could have stayed longer :(
Pros:

The kindest family ever, perfect location, away from the noise but also 5 minute walk from the busy area. Good breakfast, lovely pool with chill out area and can rent bikes! Lots of nice restaurants in the area too! So sad that we couldn’t stay longer, highly recommend!!
